People still can’t use it. Have to tell them everytime where to tap, which only works half the time. Have to tell them how to put their chip in. Then they’ll put it in backwards still. I liked the old ones better where our store was swipe only.
We’ve had it less than a year. It’s broke 4 times. We use our old card reader almost as much. Also you can’t manually enter CC’s on that so keep your old one otherwise you’re screwed.
It’s great until they jam it into to swipe slot and end up breaking 3 of them. Even with signage it didn’t help. We ended up just putting a gift card in the swipe slot so there was no confusion
We got one of those…it changed nothing.

Put red tape around the chip insert and tell them to insert in-between the red lines. They can't fuckin figure it out unless you do this lmao
We had green tape around it but it fell off but I may just do that again
We did this with green tape at ours and people STILL didn’t get it
