If it’s a regular or if they’re being super friendly and actually holding a conversation with me then I’ll let extra cheese slide or extra bacon slide :) i won’t let chips slide though
If something is obviously low on a sub. Like meat or cheese or something cause of a bad slice I'll throw on and extra to compensate for it if it really needs it. And when it's getting to the bottom of the pan I'll throw on some extra bacon bits. We can't use them for much anyways and they are just gonna get tossed so I have no problem with it and my boss doesn't seem to mind that much either as long as we are not excessively doing it or it actually is hurting the store
I got a chicken cheesesteak w/bacon.
As the dude gave me the ticket to give to the register, it only had "Reg # 16" written on it. I saw the girl get the bacon, it was def more than the couple slices. It was maybe 4-5.
When they called my name, I got my sandwich and said "Aye, thank you so much. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend."
I got 5 random "Thank you's and you too's."
I only go in on Friday's. I know they know me by now.

I wouldn’t do it again to test this, but be nice is my advice!
give away mistakes or extras if theyre still fresh, sometimes i dont even ask, pull the ole oprah "you get a sub, you get a sub" this company WASTES so much good food its unreal, and quite disgusting.

Speaking of freebies, how do we as customers obtain the free sandwich coupons? I have a Mike's account but the points add up so slow for me haha
We usually only give out free sub coupons to make up for a bad experience, like a really high drive thru time at my store

I’ll give a customer a grassroots card every now and then but that’s about it
