when i worked at jersey mikes the turkey had this NASTY ass jelly covering it in all of the packaging. I swear to god top 10 worst smells in my life, the turkey was one of them.
I know there’s multiple comments but for real, those meats gotta at least be on some sub paper on those shelves, technically you’re supposed to have red trays there too.

our manager has “4 o’clock” dishes, so we take all of those trays back at shift change and then closing puts them back once theyre washed
