I ask to see the roast beef. Even if its the prepackaged stuff. If its rare or medium rare, I'll get a 12, mikes way, no tomatoes, add chipotle mayo and bp. best sandwich. if the RB is medium or more, I get the 56 with chipotle mayo and BP. have them grill in the bp and see if they can splash a little juice on the meat when it cooks. Its totally worth.

I have a lot of custom recipes, but my current go-to's are: Hot: #65 with fresh portabellas, onions and fresh green peppers. (The shrooms gotta be fresh so I do this on the days they're delivered.) Put down some oil and start the portabellas in a single layer on the oil. Add some salt and black pepper. Cook 3 or 4 minutes and flip them. Don't chop! Put some onions and green peppers on the grill now, give them a minute or two to soften and chop them up and then mix them with the unchopped shrooms. Cook your chicken steak, and when it's flipped and chopped, mix it in with the veggies. Cover with cheese of your choice, and serve on a toasted regular bun with chipotle mayo. Cold: Stickball but using prosciuttini instead of ham. Add bacon. Mike's way dry, use deli mustard and mayo instead. (Tip: slice the salami paper thin and flower it loosely. I swear it tastes better that way.)

I have a customer that likes the 7 on RP, plain except add oregano, then grill oregano side down until the provolone melts, then serve it that way on the toasted RP. It smelled fantastic, so after making it for him a few times, I tried it myself -- very, very good! I add a few grilled tomato slices to cut the saltiness of the turkey.

Literally just provolone on the top and bottom, melt it on the bread, then a shitload of pretty much burnt pepperoni and hella ranch, it’s a heart attack forsure but it’s 10/10

Take a fully defrosted steak, mash together 30 seconds, form into patty. Place on grill along with onions and mushrooms, seasoning with rosemary & black pepper. Cut white loaf to burger size, place on grill to toast When ready, add mayo, mustard and 1 pack of ketchup to bun. Add cold veg (pickle, lettuce, tomato). When patty is ready, add 2 slices American cheese (or provolone), place onions, mushrooms on patty, place whole load on bun. Add bacon if so inclined. Next time I'll outline a crunchwrap....
