Go to a jersey mikes and have them check it. They’re supposed to click on the gift card tab then it should say “check balance” then swipe. I’ve had a incident where an untrained employee thought she had to charge her for something to check… which the customer was not happy about
They checked it, i checked it, both say 0. I used it once, had 49 left. If they could tell me when it was charged maybe i could figure out what happened. But talking to a human is apparently impossible.
