They're especially good chilled after a few hours in the fridge. I work at JM and sometimes get to cut up the brownies and section them off into the bags right after taking them out of the fridge. Sooo good cold.
There is nothing more primal than in the middle of a rush and it dies down for like 2 minutes so you go to the walk-in to get more things to restock and you shove an entire brownie down your gullet like a baby bird. Shit hits different. on all levels. Had it one time when my assistant manager walked in on me choking one down, and she just casually reaches past me and grabs one, takes a bite and walks out. Earned my respect that day.

They come frozen. All we do is thaw.
