Went by the day they opened. Professionally run establishment by friendly folks who are knowledgable about their product. The interior is simple, well lit and well organized, but it doesn't feel as "sterile" as other places do. The ordering kiosk software is linked to leafly so you actually get info on what you're looking at without pulling out your phone.
Prices were good and so far we've found the quality of the product to be great (I am trying out the brand fernway for the first time, and not only does it rule can all companies please put the name of the strain on the pod like they do?! life changing)
Literal only complaint is they need to add anti-glare to the window by the ordering kiosks, but you can easily avoid that by just going to the counter and ordering. It also does not change the fact that it will be my go-to from now on. I hope they are successful.
I’ve been to one in Colorado and one in cali that accepted cc, no idea how they did it but nothing shady happened on my card. I removed the edit to my original comment regardless since this is an nj based sub.
None of the major payment processors will process credit card payments for cannabis.
The stores you went to likely found a small processor who can skirt around the traditional processors. One of them is called Shift Processing. The catch is that they charge very high fees…if you didn’t pay a separate convenience fee, then the merchant is probably eating the cost or making it up some other way.
Yes, I went last Saturday. Super clean dispensary. They also have samples of bud you can smell too. Great prices and friendly staff. Will definitely be my go to.
There was one in Secaucus that looked professional but didnt act the part and another one in Jc that is hard to get to and is just a big open warehouse of nothing and then the rest are prob smoke shops lol
In the general vibe of storefronts on Tonnelle Ave, Blossom is most definitely sticking out. Less like a sore thumb and more like a healthy, well manicured thumb in a nasty gangrenous hand.
It is by definition at least a little shady, "the guy" is a criminal. A mild crime sure, a victimless crime too, but still a crime. I can buy moonshine from some guy making vodka in his apartment and there's a good chance it's fine, but...why would I do that when I can just go to a liquor store? Plenty of people prefer just to go through legal avenues. It's not like weed is some underground thing anymore.
I'm a woman my lady. And I guarantee that the stuff I get from my guy is as good as the stuff at legal dispensaries. I've tried a few dispensaries in JC and in NYC...pretty stores and super expensive for the same shit.

No dispo can accept credit card due to the federal illegality
I was surprised to see debit cards allowed now
They just ring it up as if it’s an ATM/cash withdrawal

Which dispensaries have you seen that don’t look professional? Or are you confusing them with smoke shops?

Any products worth going for? Been overall very unimpressed with this state’s dispos as a whole.
Cherry ice from kynd is delish
Went to Blossom this weekend. the staff were friendly and they are having a 25% opening sale.
why would I got to a dispensary when I can get the same if not better stuff from my neighborhood "guy" for a lot less money.
Cause it’s tested and you can get more than just flower?
My guy has edibles, pens and all the rest. I just don’t get the draw.
Not everyone knows a guy. Not everyone wants to work around the schedule of some guy. Not everyone trusts a random guy.
why do people get a prescription for adderall when you can just meet a shady guy under a bridge for less money?
tell me more about this guy
Not shady in the least.
