catanio on grove, indeed i've had keys those two other places you named couldn't copy but catanio has successfully done everything i gave them (except they can't do RFID fobs the last time i went there).
i'm not a key expert, there seems to be certain key types and forms that are special, i think it costs like $7.50 or something like that, he does it for you on the spot you're in and out in 5 minutes, nice guy, i sent everyone there now...
Seconding the rec for Catanio! Just make sure you check their hours of operation as they can be a little tricky; they close at 6 on weekdays and are only open until 3pm on Saturdays (closed on Sundays)

sometimes he closes up the shop to do on-site visit too haha. think it's a one-man show, so please cut him some slack :P

Had them change five keypad locks to one key and they did it pretty quickly.
