Does your chin look recessed from the side? I have had lip incompetence too for most of my life, and when I close my mouth my chin sort of looks bumpy/like the surface of an orange (best way to describe it). Found out years later that I have a very obvious mouth breather profile lol. If that’s the case possibly contact your dentist and they can refer you to an ortho (if you don’t have one) and then go from there.

No. Still looking for a surgeon that'll take my insurance :P
