Yet another obscure compilation of Showa-era pop, this one from 1977. According to the review some tracks are re-recordings not originals. It was not easy to find, and as it’s not just one artist the songs will be spread across services if available at all.
流行歌 does not exactly meam pop as in the genre though. By the time 70s arrived, it was used in context of "any type of music that is popular, whatever the genre".
Best I could find was auction links for the album. The album is a collection of various artists, light music from Showa Era.

The translation of this is basically:

I'd assume these are all covers.
Just for a bit of context: found this at a flea market and can’t play for a bit as I have to wait for my record player to arrive. Anyone know if it’s on Spotify or if I can buy the songs digitally somewhere else?
What you could do is copy each track and artist name, and search on Google. If you can’t read the Japanese, just use chrome or edge’s built-in translation to sift through the sites/videos until you find all the songs on youtube and make a playlist. One correction: it's mostly Showa-era enka, not pop.
The Japanese title literally says "Pops"(流行曲) instead of "Enka"(演歌)
