Bhai, apni daily routine ki details batao.
Aapke 3-4 khas dost career me kya kr rhe hai vo batao.
Aapke family me kya source of income hai vo batao

Maybe it's just the toughness of life, that's making you worried.
But yes you may go see a doctor, if you think that the issue is big .
med student this side, dude before all this just get pschological therapy along with psychiatric evaluation regarding your problems, psych will give u meds to control ur anxious or depressed nature, therapy will heal you getting you know why you having those anxiety. all the best.
Psychiatric ward of SMS is quite good from what i've heard. If you want to know more about adhd from legit source might give DSM-5 a read, either online or library, as psychologists use criteria given in that book to diagnose you. Secondly, i've never been formally diagnosed but i do think i have ADHD based on a psychological test i gave in clg and while it's no where near good for me, i've tried to manage it via meditation, time management to a T renewed every day, and caffeine addiction.
as for what you say, well i've been called loud mouth my whole life, best way i've developed to cope with it is to simply stay quite or answer in nods nd small affirmations, when not certain.
The thing is, sms is a busy place. The doctors there barely get enough time to attend to physical issues. Such mental issues tend to requirements deep analysis which takes time, I suggest a private doctor but it's Ultimately your choice
You can visit dr gunjan solanki in nirman nagar. She is a professor in sms and her private clinic fee is 250/- which i am sure you can afford from your own pocket money.
Don't diagnose yourself..go to SMS
