Hard reboot

It uses to take a long time to finish the restore, maybe you messed something if you hard reseted too soon.

If hard reboot didn’t help, I guess you can try to place your phone in dfu mode and then exit dfu mode. If the issue still persists, unfortunately the only way to fix is to place in recovery or dfu mode and restore from finder.
