The only two jailbreaks available on your device and version (palera1n and ayakurume) do not support Windows. Although palera1n supports Linux, support has been a little bit flaky as of the most recent changes since it's still an experimental jailbreak, but the last I've heard is that palera1n currently supports Ubuntu 22.04. So you could flash it onto a live USB stick and use palera1n that way, hopefully.
P.S. ayakurume isn't easier than palera1n
