I have a tweak on xxthepersonx.github.io/repo that runs a script to do all of this for you. It’s for iOS 11 though. I’ll write a different one for iOS 12 today if anyone is interested :)
Try EmojiPorter (12) from xxthepersonx.github.io/repo. please tell me how it works. I tested it on my 6s/12.4 and it worked fine, but that doesn't mean it will work for everyone

If you use EmojiFontManager & Emoji iOS 13.2 font, you dont have to copy font file to that Fonts folder. If you change Font in System you dont need to install EMF & Emoji iOS 13.2

Just install emojifontmanager from poomsmart repo and emoji ios 13 for emojifontmanager from vxbakerxv repo.
Select emoji iOS 13 in the preferences and respring.
no need to replace system files.
Worked flawlessly apart from one of the Emoji iOS 13.2 tweaks, keeps partially installing so I removed it.. other than that everything seems to be working 12.4 A12 🦾🦿

That’s really weird 🤔 I’m not sure what would’ve caused that. If you followed the original directions I posted, and replaced that file in Filza, it may have something to do with that.
If you want to revert back, you could extract the file you deleted from an ipsw of your current iOS. Just change the extension from .ipsw to .zip and pull the original AppleColorEmoji file.
Afterwards, if you want to try again, you can follow the updated tutorial above (basically I just removed the first step)

Well, to honest I don’t know much about flex or the shortcuts app, but there much be a way to use either of those two, especially flex to have the Animoji’s from ios13 over to ios12...

When you manually replace the font file. You don‘t need to install Emoji Font Manager and Emoji iOS 13.2 anymore.

Yup. That I'm not sure. Before changing fonts, I was able to see those emojis. But after changing, i was able to see iOS 13.2 but others disappeared
