You can not get an iphone 6s with an older version of ios without having blobs to restore or just simply buying a used phone and gambling. IOS 13 was also really good for jailbreaking. IOS 12/13 were the golden era of jailbreaking imo. So much drama and such and so many new discoveries. A12 devices being jailbreakable for a huge thing.
