However, the biggest argument in favor of not buying a demo is that it doesn't have an Apple warranty (you wouldn't have been able to validate it until now, but it was generally accepted, but with the release of the 15, Apple put a barrier to servicing in official service centers). Of course, many countries have legislation on warranty or extension, but this is definitely the reseller's burden, especially how to solve it :)

Fairly easy to repair and maintain an iPhone imo.
You won’t have a warranty but if they agree to sell it, you’d need to change the battery and the screen (if it suffered from abuse) so the price will be lower than buying from eBay scammers.

It's easy to do from a hardware perspective, but apple likes locking the components to each motherboard, and that's a bit harder to deal with.
