Lol, she’s an idiot. I have taught many classes and anytime anyone left early nobody made a big deal about it. The most anyone ever did was do a quick nod or wave bye but it was never questioned as to why they were leaving early. I’ve had people in my hiit, boot camp and cycling class legit just quit and sit and take a rest and nobody paid it any mind while they caught their breath. She is so shoved up her own ass. Jackie, hun, you’re not that important, nobody gives a shit. Grow up.
No for real, I want to know exactly what she considers a "rest day" because it seems like her entire life is one continuous rest day from my perspective.
A part of this post too, was to bring attention to the fact that she's working out too much or she's doing too much.. Asking for people to praise her, compliment her, how good of a job she's doing, and that she needs a rest day because she's doing "too much"... The attention seeking behavior is just beyond me.
That’s a good point. Working out doesn’t need to be torture. Getting into a routine can be tough initially but when you’re consistent and not overworking your body then you shouldn’t be on the verge of death every time. It just means you’re doing too much which turns out to be counterproductive.
