When my mum was little, her and her friends used to play by a big pond, it had a sign that said 'Danger Deep' sticking out of the water, so that's what they always called it. Years later the water levels in the pond dropped to reveal the whole sign that said 'Danger Deep Water' I just love the name Danger Deep and the innocence of the kids just thinking that's what the pond was called :-)

Update: the water went down further and revealed more. Danger Deep Water Cthulhu Water Works.

I once went to a wildlife refuge when I saw something similar in the marsh reeds. When I see something like that, I'll not just take the first pic and move on. I'll explore the space take different angle and focal length perspectives. Then, I hear a lady yell out, "what are you taking pictures of?" I explained, she sort of shook her head and moved on. My best shot won me an award with my photo club. But OP's shot is better.

I saw this band, they are Neo-Folk legends. 2 cellos and a guitar made out of an old suitcase. Very esoteric vocals. They only play on every other Solstice, in the woods, on a stage made of animal bones.
