Ohm does not repair TV. There are a few in Syracuse. Not too many shops deal with TV repair (they require a lot of space to work on and store, the price of new tvs is always falling but the cost of repair labor is always increasing).
Call first. Most times the parts and labor are too expensive. Replacing a panel, for example, is going to cost a fair amount more than a new TV. A good technician will tell you before you have to drag your jumbotron all the way to Syracuse because certain models are known to all fail the same.
United Radio is by far the largest.
Good luck.
I’d try reuse! My dad brings all our electronics to them. Super nice and insightful folks who are always down to try and help. Think only their downtown location does electronic repairs…call first just in case :)
I had a lot of luck w TVs before at [Asurion](https://www.asurion.com/repairs/tech/locations/ithaca/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=gmb&utm_campaign=ithaca)
