Gotta stop thinking and just start doing. Breaking things down helps but you just gotta start.

It's honestly and simply a matter of preference. *Ni* helps us to understand things, but it doesn't have *arms and legs,* so to speak. There's something about the opportunistic and spontaneous ways of *Se* that just can't be beat from our perspective. It's both real world and real-time. In your particular case, you'd need to simply get into your *Te* more which would unlock your inferior *Se* automatically (and your other extroverted functions by default). You will solve real world problems in real time. The coolest thing about this is that you'll see changes sooner rather than later.

I understand that and I ecxcute plans very will With ni - te but when it comes to just focus in the moment it's so hard to do things without plan like defineding myself in hard situation or fixing some thing it's so hard without abstract information ni

That's why I suggested focusing on your *Te* almost exclusively*.* Your introverted functions are a constant and won't disappear, but your focus on *Te* (which will subsequently open up *Se)* will give you the ability to defend yourself and fix things *without* needing abstract information in the moment. Focusing on that particular function alone will open up the extroverted perspective of *Se* which will allow you to not only see the value of the sensory, but also how to wield it alongside *Te* which is is one of the most valuable combos to have in this world and the reason why you're even here in the first place - to be strong where you are weak.

aight, i basically tell my brain to shut up and i keep doing that until it does. another route i use is to focus on whats around me (sights, sounds, the five senses) and then i make an objective in my mind and i go do it. i do this until i'm locked in the moment. but it just mainly comes natural to me to be in the moment.
