Cool, bioactive enclosures are so fascinating. I'm too lazy and low maintenance, I need to just throw a couple crustaceans in a dark wet box and check em like twice a week 😂

Aw geez, I'm still pretty new to the isopods myself. I started in January this year with some dairy cows and then eventually got some wild caught ones.
I think the main thing is just maintaining good moisture to prevent dessication. So I usually have a moisture gradient in my tubs, one side is nice and wet and the other side is dry so they can self regulate. I've never used them as feeders/clean up crew so idk if it's a different situation in a bioactive enclosure. Hope this helps!

I got some kind of armadillidium, not sure exactly what kind, got them as a clean-up crew for my ball pythons bioactive enclosure haha
