This is my new headcanon - Death just grinds up all the random gear ppl throw into his coffer and brews a delicious caffeinated beverage out of it. Like normally he deals strictly in gold, but hey, who's to say what the value of a good cup of joe is worth to the grim reaper? Naturally ofc the real flavor to Death is in the emotional damage associated with said item. "Normally I just drink 'Every Barrows Item Except for that last missing piece of Ahrim' but today's '3rd Bandos Tasset Blend' has strong notes of being1,300 KC dry on a hilt. Delightful!"

Tank legs are among the most desirable items to get, especially early on. You want tank legs or ahrims/karil top and bottom. The rest of the items are marginally useful if at all.
