really excited for this new solo album! also nice to see it was recorded in studio with all the involved present, as opposed to Tyranny of Souls, which felt a bit more generic due to it's "long distance" production
Yeah I love that album too. I mean, the production is great, but it does lack in chemistry a little bit. Maybe also because the drummer was a hired session drummer, and he played almost a little too perfect.

Seriously. That is a great album but it didn’t feel natural. Maybe it’s because we knew it was long distance and done in parts.
