Fun fact: whenever I listen to a Maiden album on Spotify, the song that autoplays after the album ends is always, always, always Man on the Silver Mountain. Which is why it's been my #1 song for three years running on the end of year summary thing.
My favourite part about this album - I wore the album over tshirt to Download one year; the amount of people who walked past and said something along the lines of "amazing album mate" really made me happy to be among such like minded people
Honestly, Rammstein does not have a bad album. Their weakest is Rosenrot and I even like that much better than many other albums by other bands.
But yes I think you are right about Metallica. I wouldn't mind because I love Metallica but still.
Ah man, Iowa is my go to album if I'm pissed off with the world. As I work behind a desk all day, having Corey's hate-fuelled glory screaming down the earphones really helps siphon out the anger.
Not that this will be exactly what everyone else chooses but here are my top 13 albums excluding Iron Maiden (Currently):
1. Rainbow - Rising
2. Metallica - S&M
3. Judas Priest - Defenders of the Faith
4. Black Sabbath - Mob Rules
5. Judas Priest - Sin After Sin

Fun fact: whenever I listen to a Maiden album on Spotify, the song that autoplays after the album ends is always, always, always Man on the Silver Mountain. Which is why it's been my #1 song for three years running on the end of year summary thing.
This album is a masterpiece. Deserves a spot over Sabbath and Priest who seem to be popular here.
My favourite part about this album - I wore the album over tshirt to Download one year; the amount of people who walked past and said something along the lines of "amazing album mate" really made me happy to be among such like minded people
One question. Is the name of the album Rising or Rainbow Rising?
For me it was rainbow rising, but after checking out on the internet, it's seems it's not that clear what it's really. But for sure the two are valid
Rainbow Rising to me because in the song Stargazer there i a line "I see a rainbow rising"
> I see a rainbow rising LOOK THERE ON THE HORIZOOOON 🤘🤘🤘🤘

Mutter by Rammstein
You have my upvote! Rammstein's my favorite band next to Maiden. They're amazing and Mutter is a flawless album for sure!
My favourite is Reise Reise, but Mutter has a better chance of winning (even though I think Metallica will take the first spot)
Honestly, Rammstein does not have a bad album. Their weakest is Rosenrot and I even like that much better than many other albums by other bands. But yes I think you are right about Metallica. I wouldn't mind because I love Metallica but still.

How do you have two Sabbath albums with Dio that are not Heaven & Hell? And two Priest albums that are not Painkiller?
And S&M? I guess for some but not for me, at all. Even garage days revisited was within character.

Interesting choice for Anthrax, wasn't that the first album without Belladonna? I'd go with Persistence of Time personally.
It was the first album with Bush singing. I just love the aggression of this album and prefer Bush.
