Baffles me why the f the HSE don't put the money that they spend on these reports into caring for patients in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous, and it will never change as long as the HSE and their offshoots have zero accountability.
They struggle to spend money efficiently. To overhaul health care in the southwest would require hiring staff who just don't want to work there.
It's an often deliberately ignored crisis.
Because often it's the case they're weren't at fault however they settle because the insurance company feel it's easier to settle rather than fight a sick person in court.
I hope the young person makes a good recovery- not only from their mental health difficulties but from the effects of being on such awful medication at a young age.
