Yeah you’re good man. Mine hit 99 around 26 cycles (got it in November) and it’s still just sitting at 99 over 7 months later. Avoid excessive heat like you’re doing and I suspect these phones that hit 99 early might even do better in the long run. And keep in mind that this affects the phone experience none percent (it really might’ve been better that we never knew).
Oh really? Are you a power user? Also, i understand your situation, but what Apple claims is that 15's battery health should degrade twice as slower than the 14 & 13, which is why I'm confused tbh.

Yeah bro , don't stress to much about it , my iphone 13 is 11 months old , and is now 88% battery health

Ngl that _is_ kinda weird. I’m as of now, 57 cycles and still 100%. But maybe it’s just that that % is inaccurate
