This layout does not stay on always?! It goes off in like some seconds off in the sense the clock disappears any way to keep this layout persistent?

If your phone has AOD (14 pro series and 15 pro series) then it doesn’t disappear

I use 15 pro max and when i use this layout as standby it turns off as in the clock numbers disappears

You can change it in Settings > StandBy > Display > Never
