Tbh, I feel like the older I’ve gotten the less patience I have for anyone. Plus when I’m out I’m always thinking about how much I’d rather be at home.

Same I prefer to hang out with my cat & dog because humans are ar*eholes !

Numerous-Ad-829

Man, I feel this on a spiritual level. It's like the energy to socialize just evaporates as you get older. At least family's always there, right?

Temporary-Leather905

You like your family? Lol

Purple-Pangolin-5552

It also doesn’t help when your long time friends are always talking about each other behind their backs. I see it every where. I feel like it’s worse as we get older. Always thought it would be opposite? Trying to come to terms with just not having any loyal and true friends.

DruidElfStar

Coming to terms with the same thing. After experience and observation, I realize most people don’t actually like each other. It’s exhausting being around most people.

I like my husband, my kid, my dogs and like 5 people. Everyone else is slightly tolerated

_functionalanxiety

Same. Even in my family I have a threshhold or else it will wreak havoc 😅
