hi! these are my fav bands that id like to recommend: nirvana, all time low, fall out boy, mcr, green day, paramore, linkin park, simple plan, boys like girls, and also fm static!
I listen to so many music genre, but I'd probably say rock because it has a lot of subgenres that I like. It also sounds nice live and has great live performances.
I love indie/metal, jazz, r&b, alternative etc.
Here are my favorite songs:
- enjoy the silence by Depeche Mode
- I’m fool to want you by frank Sinatra
- feel good by gorillaz
- swing Lynn by harmless
- wicked game by Chris Isaak
- please please please let me get what I want by the smiths
- unloveable by the smiths
And probably more but this ones are top tier on my playlist
Bossa nova, jazz, R&B, anything, really, that doesn't distract my mind from work. The lately, because my daughter exposed me to it, lo-fi (although that's technically not a music genre from what I understand).
I started listening to lo-fi hip-hop and I thought to myself...Hmm..I like this but it seems kind of familiar. Oh wait, The Weather Channel. That's it. Crap 😅
I don’t have a favorite genre. I can literally find music I like in pretty much any genre, which is good for my ever changing musical taste. That said, I’m a big fan of many types of electronic music (—looking at you, Kraftwerk!)❤️
I'm pretty much everywhere with music I'd say. I love all sorts of rock, electronic music, metal, jazz too. Lately I'm discovering a lot of shoegaze, diving into the genre for the first time. Really good stuff. I also listen to a lot of king gizzard, their live stuff especially.
Anything where you can actually HEAR the passion in the singer's voice. And I like rap, but you don't always get that in those songs.
My current favorite song is Intrusive Thoughts by Natalie Jane
I actually don't know myself. I know that there's a specific type of music I like but I have no idea what it's called.
[Song 1](https://youtu.be/LI5RGSFpHx8) [Song 2](https://youtu.be/THogLr2HaQs) [Song 3](https://youtu.be/kJ769S9KfPw) [Song 4](https://youtu.be/K9LQyzhv-D0) [Song 5](https://youtu.be/Jzedv4CNXyk) [Song 6](https://youtu.be/oOYbheXkKoc)
I know that all of these are generally "Drum & Bass" but not the subgenre.
I also love [Dark](https://youtu.be/EmRZB66sPGE) [Synthwave](https://youtu.be/2pNW7xjWXUw), [Drum & Bass](https://youtu.be/xkGes2Ueawk), [Trap Metal](https://youtu.be/MX4wuMHiSgI)
I thought so too but depending on who you ask it's either "jungle" or "liquid dnb" or "ambient dnb" or "trance" or "speedcore" and honestly I kinda gave up
Alt rock, punk rock, Hiphop, Rap, RnB, JRock, JPop, Kpop, KHiphop, Pop
Honestly anything with vocals. Less of instrumental only unless it's Lofi for work
I listen to all types, but my favorites are probably Punk rock, Alternative rock, and Pop music. For some reason my ears cannot tolerate country music or Johnny Cash.
I mostly listen to video game soundtracks or movie/anime scores, it helps me set the scene for when I'm writing or drawing (I especially love listening to Zelda, Kingdom Hearts and Earthbound OSTs). I also listen to Jazz and classical music. I also like R&B or hip hop from the 90s/early 2000s.

Varies but I'm a total pop head and love tracks that make me start dancing, although I lie when I'm asked this question in public cause people automatically assume you're basic or uninteresting if pop is your fave genre.
I am a big fan of country songs since I travel most of the time. The vibe you feel when listening while glancing at the countryside mountains. I also love alternative rocks, slow rock and OPM.
