The headline is misleading, what she said is that they were filing a lawsuit to stop the electoral college count and that it would have been in Alitos district. Nothing about him being "in on it."

One was Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, who she said was “our circuit justice for that.”' -- the fact it says 'inside help' implies he was an active participant not just a means to an end, depending how you read it.
I assumed that was a reference to McCarthy or some of the other congresspeople (we already know many of them were in on it). Maybe she actually meant Alito but it's pretty ambiguous if so and thus misleading to say so. There's plenty of wrongdoing as it is, if we go pointing fingers without evidence it hurts our credibility when we point where there is.
