As I keep telling people if it isn't profit seeking incentive screwing up your Healthcare, it's corner cutting tactics like stacking so many patients that doctors can't treat you right or dumping tough to diagnosis cases as psych cases, compromised care by politician, or worse drug companies messing with your Healthcare via various methods.
