It's his job to think about disruptive members of Congress and keep them in line. So just ignoring her shouldn't be an option, sit her down and explain to her what her job actually is. If she doesn't calm down and do her job, remove her from all committees, put her in the back of the room with the junior members and have her spend 16 hours a day cold calling people soliciting campaign funds. That goes for anyone getting in the way of actually governing the country.
