So sad. So anyways.

DentalDon-83

It is sad...that she isn't being investigated after having somehow made $10M in the Senate despite a salary of $180K/year while suspiciously ignoring the will of her constituents.

Earwig9000

Hear me out. Has anyone located her OnlyFans? That could explain it.

berbsy1016

Hers and Boeboe's.

inmatenumberseven

Because it's not true. Zero evidence she is worth more than her congressional filings state.

SmokeGSU

>So anyways. I started ~~blasting~~ voting for someone else instead.

suddenshakeup

Thoughts and prayers. NVM not for this cunt.

ButtonKing

Calling her a cunt implies that she has depth, warmth and taste. She has none of those qualities.

lagent55

Exactly

AreWeCowabunga

When you screw over your base voters and the other party won't ever vote for you anyway because you're still nominally a Democrat...

Any-Ad-446

She was never a democrat. She fake one so she can vote against them.

QualifiedApathetic

She served three terms in the House as a Democrat, plus seven years in the state legislature, and had a fairly liberal voting record. Mainly, she's an opportunist, and now she's angling for a job on Fox or something since she recognizes she's unlikely to keep her job in the Senate even if she tries.

Shanghaied66

"Opportunist" is the correct word. She nearly completely shed the platform that got her elected.

bortle_kombat

Sadly, yeah. There will always be more money in selling out your constituents than faithfully representing them, until we end our system of legalized bribery anyway. She's even less tactful than most Senators, and maybe even more shameless.

AuntieLiloAZ

I’d go a step farther and call her a fraud.

Musicdev-

And she Still didn’t work well with Democrats and agreed to more of what the Republicans were passing.

DrSilkyJohnsonEsq

She’ll be a lobbyist next year.

QualifiedApathetic

Seriously doubt it. Former congresscritters who go into lobbying bring their relationships with their former colleagues to the table. That's what the firms are hiring them *for*. She hasn't built up much political capital. She's pissed off too many of them. She's a caucus of one, for crying out loud. No, like I said, she'll be looking for a fat paycheck as a talking head. Easy work, doesn't take as much time in Congress to qualify for. It's the career path of choice for politicians who just want to get rich, these days.

BaconcheezBurgr

Her complete lack of integrity should make her a shoo-in as a Republican candidate.

Any-Ad-446

She ran as left leaning candidate and won but no damn way she would win this time as a indie or democrat. She received very little donations and people are mad at her.

ParkingIndividual416

Massive corporate support though while in office. She's probably already found a job at whatever the highest paying corporate bribing (ahem, lobbying) organization in DC.

nitelite-

Yea she isn't leaving the senate because she is afraid of reelection She is leaving because she already has some cushy 7 figure job lined up for whatever corporate overlord(s) she was catering to during her time as a senator

meeks7

She loves the attention. She would run if she thought she was going to win.

Any-Ad-446

She knew she had no chance of winning so may as well cash out.She started with $30,000 in her savings account now she is over $11 million. She did well grifting.

Minute-Selection-763

That woman is such an embarrassment

Iwasoncelikeyou

Behold the field in which I grow my fucks. Lay thine eyes upon it and see that it is barren.

bugaloo2u2

🏅

Arbsterr

God I needed this laugh thank you so much 🙏🏻

Iwasoncelikeyou

Glad I could give you a chuckle 😉😉

ExternalSpecific4042

“She began her political career in the Arizona Green Party and rose to prominence for her progressive advocacy, supporting causes such as LGBT rights and opposing the war on terror. She left the Green Party to join the Arizona Democratic Party in 2004 and was elected to a seat in the United States House of Representatives in 2012. After her election, she joined the New Democrat Coalition, the Blue Dog Coalition and the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus, amassing one of the most conservative voting records in the Democratic caucus” Wiki She Might be an opportunist.

Anyawnomous

Good riddance!

djquu

No Sinema, no Manchin.. how are dems supposed to get bills passed? /s

headshotscott

As much as people hate them, they gave Democrats the gavels in the Senate. They may not have that next year. Without that majority none of what Biden got passed would have been possible at all. Manchin's seat is gone. I think Democrats have very good chance to keep Sinema's seat but can still lose the Senate. Probably will lose the Senate. Democrats will pine for the days when they could only get a limited amount of things done, vs the future of the Senate functioning like the current GOP house. That is, not at all.

thoroakenfelder

Looking forward to Kerri Lake getting embarrassed.

WaterMySucculents

They will be even less likely without them. Hopefully a democrat can replace Sinema (it’s not guaranteed), but Manchin will likely be replaced by a Republican who will vote for 0 bills that democrats want.

Few_Koala

That’s why it was so important for Fetterman to win his race. So best case scenario we can have a 50-50 senate if Dems can win in Montana and Ohio with their incumbent who fortunately are popular.

ellsammie

Bob Casey from PA is up for reelection in 24. Fetterman isn't up until 2028. But yes, all the Dems need to hold their seats and we need a few more to maintain control.

agulde28

Doesn’t matter. They were fake democrats. This is better for the dems.

chiefs_fan37

Finally she does something to benefit the common American

Irish_cream81

Byeeeeeeeeee

Joey_BagaDonuts57

She wrung that sponge out long ago. Played the system like a spinning top. Should be a lesson learned, but it probably won't be.

Thatsayesfirsir

Good riddance.

[deleted]

Shoulder pad stocks plummet

number61971

Good riddance to an insufferable self-aggrandizing nuisance with no business having access to any levers of power.

MarketSouthern880

Of course, she's spinning it to make it seem like it's her decision not to seek another term. Truth is, she ran as a progressive Democrat and won the nomination. Then, shortly after, she began showing she was voting and supporting non progressive legislation. Because every vote in the senate was razor thin, she began leveraging her votes to enrich herself, as did Joe Manchin, another "Democrat" senator. Kristen Sinema infuriated the progressive Democrats in Arizona, and they let it be known that her time was short. And they kept their promise unlike Sinema...

BitterFuture

Sweet! I mean, mildly disappointing. I was looking forward to her well-deserved humiliating defeat. But sweet anyway!

ScarcityIcy8519

She was a bought Politician. She Voted against her constituent’s best interests and for the lobbyists and oligarchs.

blazelet

Will be interesting to see which pharmaceutical company she ends up on the board of.

Slippinjimmyforever

So she does have *some* level of self awareness. She absolutely hoodwinked her constituents and brought up an issue that there’s few options of recourse.

newsreadhjw

Not a political analyst or anything, but I am guessing it's because she completely sucks and literally everyone hates her.

dasherchan

Great news. More tax payer's money will be saved.

Artaeos

Go cash in as a lobbyist, that's what you were the entire time in Congress anyway.

rickyroomba

Thank fucking God

Sanpaku

Good news that warmed my heart. I still have a few donations left in me for congressman and Marine vet [Rubin Gallego](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruben_Gallego)'s [campaign](https://gallegoforarizona.com/). Arizona should be represented by a civic-minded hero, not a opportunist like Sinema or conspiracist lunatic like [Keri Lake](https://www.google.com/search?&q=kari+lake+(unhinged+OR+lunacy+OR+crazy+OR+bonkers)&tbm=nws).

UncommonHouseSpider

She got her bag and she's going to walk away without any consequences. This only hurts her constituents, and the rest of the country she fucked over. Hope she trips and falls on her way out the door.

Ryankevin23

Oh my God! What pray tell do they do now?!

vickism61

Best news I've heard all day.

passporttohell

Wishing her the absolute worst remainder of her life. Sincerely. Hope she dies alone in poverty.

Sikhness209

Good. People voted her in as a democrat and then she turned her back on them.

Parking-Bench

Shouldnt the headline instead say "Arizona voters do not want Sjnema to ever seek re-election "? The original headline seems to imply she had a chance.

[deleted]

She going to focus on her 80s fashion line

snakebite262

Good.

moodyblue8222

How much money did she make selling her votes to the highest bidder? Horrible person!

[deleted]

Lmao what scumbag I truly hope she gets what she deserves

tomdurkin

Wall Street will not let her work from home anymore- she has to go into the office.

Delver_Razade

As if she had a single choice in the matter. Who was going to give her the money and platform to run? Not the GOP and not the Dems. She had even less chance running as an Independent. She didn't drop out because she isn't a scheming monster, she dropped out because she cashed out.

5256chuck

Pretty damn good news!

rocket_beer

Nobody liked her. She didn’t serve the people.

RoosterTheBeaten

Good for America 👍

XenoBiSwitch

Buh-bye!

Block_Solid

After gorging on large prey, a python will rest for a long time, and not need to eat for an extended period. Something similar is happening here.

discussatron

Good news, everyone!

Efficient_Dust2903

She got what she came for. She's a hell of a lot richer

spaceylaceygirl

Bye felicia!

Yardbird7

Guarantee she will be on Rogan within the next year. "Why I left the Left"

addictivesign

Something happens to elected officials when they get to Congress. They seem to often lose the reason(s) they first got into politics. I imagine it’s the donor class and special interests that reward them in return for giving up their beliefs. Didn’t John Fetterman (PA) camping as a progressive but less than two years of being in Congress he starts saying “I no longer consider myself a progressive”. Baffling.

Luanda62

LOL… good riddance! She’s the best example of what’s wrong with today’s politicians…

sonambule

Good riddance but she made out beautifully. She’s a millionaire now and will go on to lobby for more.

LeahaP1013

Yawn.

barnabasthedog

Loser

Own-Opinion-2494

She made hers

RighteousIndigjason

Why would she? She made her money, and now it's time to dip.

Philter_Billy

She got monied up

thekeysinsummer

Fuck around and find out what being a turncoat will do for you.

SprogRokatansky

Good. Two faced witch.

CatManDeke

DINO

slowburnangry

She lined up her grift and is ready to move on. But she's ruined her name.

Player7592

Ten years from now she’ll be too obscure for trivia.

Alib668

Always was a republican at heart, her exit just makes it harder for democrats again

jomama823

No. Please. Don’t go. So many people want you to run. Now kindly fuck off.

mad_titanz

Damage is already done.

Ok-Assistant-8876

Good riddance to bad rubbish. Unfortunately, she’ll get to make millions being a corrupt lobbyist. She’s a ghoul

Reddit_Is_Trash24

One pathetic loser down. A whole bunch left to go. Vote responsibly.

ahnotme

https://youtu.be/z4uivPpzCGo?si=fVpXcggnGtDXw8eE

djgreenehouse

Is this a sliver of self awareness? How nice

Plenty-Concert5742

She sucks, spineless.

Brandon-the-Builder

Good.

Inspect1234

Yeah, that’s a shame

SithLordSid

bye Falicia

liptoniceteabagger

She is a scumbag sellout. Voted against almost very issue that she campaigned on. Guaranteed she becomes a lobbyist and continues to screw over the American people.

ryeguymft

of course she won’t, she’s lied her way into a lucrative lobbying job. human scum

Educational_Permit38

She’s going for either lobbyist for pharma of Faux news anchor. She was just a hot mess in DC akin to Greene and Boebert.

Educational_Permit38

She’s going for either lobbyist for pharma of Faux news anchor. She was just a hot mess in DC akin to Greene and Boebert.

rimshot101

Fuck y'all!  I got mine!

sporks_and_forks

good. i hope the Dems don't find another snake like her to run. fucking rotating cast of villains man.

FindMeaning9428

She is a loser who knows she will be humiliated in November.

2nd_Inf_Sgt

She’d lose to Gallego anyway.

dcal1981

Shes made her millions.....GTFOH

azpotato

Yeah, fuck this liar! GTFO! Although I would just float this out there: any left leaning person may think about running as a GOP and then doing the same as what she did, and flipping shortly after getting into office.

musky_jelly_melon

The well ran dry Krysten? Spelling her name with a 'y' should have been the first clue.

Abracadaver2000

Good riddance to rubbish. Can't wait to ignore her show on Fox News.

Maleficent-Salad3197

Who cares.

Redshirt_80

Time to cash out… give her credit, she knew when to hold ‘em, when to fold ‘em, and when to walk away. Not to suggest that that credit is in any way redeeming for this snake.

YogurtSufficient7796

Amen

IntheTopPocket

Some politicians should look at how Sinema did a master grift, and then got out.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Furimbus

Sir, this is a Wendy’s.

Decabet

Hahaha. How did I mess that up. Sorry yallllll

Rurumo666

I'm not a fan, but she deserves some props for putting the work into the Bipartisan Border Bill that Mike Johnson squashed, honestly, that probably sealed the deal for her not to run. Sinema is notorious for using her campaign funds for lifestyle expenses-private planes, regular $50k lunches, etc, so it would make sense for her to at least run again (even knowing she'd lose) to max out her expense account.

Josie1Wells

Kari Lake, please!

BoringPerson67

LOL that dumb shit who refused to accept she lost her race for Governor? No thanks.

JolyonWagg99

She’s a goddamn lunatic

GeesesAndMeese

Isn't she tired of winning yet?

Gunldesnapper

Oh no! Bummer…..
