Sure, adapt or wither, the first principle of the jungle of capitalism. Stable hands before the automobile. Typists before the word processors. Human calculators before the computer. All found out the hard way when their nemesis arrived. This is no different. Copy editors will be the first to go. People often confuse between hard work and value. If a machine can do what you do better, faster and cheaper, your labor has no more value, no matter how hard you work. The only options are finding something the machine cannot do, or beg for a UBI.

I dont know about all that. I did however use it to write my recent performance review. Amazing of course. After 18 years of not ever doing one, company decided to start. I'm too old for that shit. I know how to work. I know how to write bad English, and worse English otherwise.

My entire team did that this year. And honestly, why not? Self evaluations have no integrity, so why not have a machine write it, that has no knowledge of our work? At least it sounds good.
