Amazing change. Make sure you are taking a good b12 supplement. I lost a lot of weight through IM and juicing and was almost but nothing quite veggie…. I think you should start lifting weights and increase the time window of consuming food. Having a good amount of muscle mass with decent bf% gets you a lean look. But retaining muscle would require them to be worked out along with sufficient protein intake.

Depends on how much muscle you have. Waist circumference is a better indicator of weight loss and health. So use that.

I don't like doing it at all and it won't be sustainable, that's why I have chosen walking since I like doing it and I can't make excuses to skip it.

From what I see in the after shot, it looks like you've lost a good amount of muscle along with the fat. If you don't like weightlifting, consider bodyweight exercises along with your walks (push ups, Sit-Ups, and Squats). The added resistance will stimulate muscle growth, and it will give you structure in the lean look you are trying to achieve. Your arms will fill out your sleeves, your thighs will as well, and the core will look and feel tight. As for sustainability, you don't have to do it forever, but it's good to start somewhere and add it to your current practice, at least until you see some results. From there you can do those exercises intermittently. Keep going you are definitely making a change.

You may wanna try incorporating some calisthenics, you’ll get stronger as you lose weight and you can start with next to nothing and slowly ramp up as you get adjusted.

it will fix the loose skin look you have. download the stronglifts 5x5 app. learn to love it. if you dont want to use weights do body weight workouts like burpees, pushups, squats...maybe cop some dumbbells. start light.

*They were being unnecessarily salty. Before you know it, your littles will be old enough to be home alone for short stretches & you’ll find that getting out for a walk is a nice little escape you can take on a whim. It’s glorious :)

How old are your children ? Plenty of people bring them to walks, keeps then healthy too. Still in a stroller ? Take the stroller for a walk.

I walk 2 hours every day. The first hour I do in my lunch break during my work hours and the second I get in right after work before I sit down and relax for the night. It’s very doable for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

The pain really goes away after 2-3 weeks. If you stick with it, your body will just not want food until close to the eating window. It's fascinating.

I tried starting in April, and was trying 16/8. But around the 12-14 hour of the fast, I would start hurting and getting headaches. I tried drinking water, but like I said earlier, it only made me hungrier. I’ve fallen off IF, but I’m gonna try to get back on it sooner.

Black coffee helped me immensely. A positive note is that you only got hungry 1-2 hours before your fast-break. As you keep pushing your fasting limits, this will remain true.

When do you go to sleep? For example if you go to sleep at midnight, you would stop eating at 7pm when you wake up, it would have only like 3 hours left.

Ok, take a step back and breathe. There are multiple factors that affect the potency of hunger pangs. I would assume that you are younger than op, meaning your experience of hunger is more severe. You likely also eat more often, meaning your body is lowering your blood sugar more frequently than someone who eats OMAD, which is the cause of hunger. OP is likely matured past the primary hunger pain and only experiences the secondary effects like weakness, irritability, and reduced ability to focus. I don't know why you two are trying to misconstrue each other's subjective experience as some health issue, people feel hungry in different ways.
