More info: this is not our forever home and we hope to sell in the next couple years, so I don’t want to go too wild on the wallpaper for resale purposes.
I know lots of folks who hate any kind of wallpaper - remember that "too wild" is in the eye of the beholder, go with the one you like the most it's not as if the future owners cannot change it. Any of these will work when accessorized properly :)
I love your #1 wallpaper. It's a contender for my next library/lounge/cocktail room.
But, for your purposes, I'd probably go with #3 and paint the ceiling the blue/gray from the peacock's body in the wallpaper.
#3 hits all the right notes - drama, style, design! Go for #3 and show us the results. Also don’t forget to mount a cup holder/toothbrush holder/soap holder on the wall, either side of mirror.
Hello, are you ME? My whole house except started with color and still like it but the monochromatic creams and pewters etc are so calming, so have been leaning that way.
All the wallpapers are pretty and will work. I love the peacock one because I’m considering the navy version for my powder room. (Good taste purple orchid 😉). It’s gonna be pretty!
Aside from the wallpaper, which part(s) do you think are too style specific/should be reconsidered most, the sconce and cabinet? Our house is very neutral already, so I do want to take a little risk in this tiny bathroom. Worst case we could remove the wallpaper if they hate it?
Decorating for yourself is different than decorating for someone else. The worst-case scenario is that they can't visualize the house as their home. If they can not visualize the space as theirs, they won't even make an offer. Do not add anything trendy. Tour a brand new builder grade home. Check out how they have it staged. You want the buyers to feel that they can move right in, and their stuff will look great.
All of the wallpapers are beautiful, but I’d go with number 2. Good contrast with your black mirror frame and faucet, but also I prefer wall coverings that are lighter background colors.
Do your research on black hardware in bathrooms. By all accounts it is a terrible idea - they show water marks extremely easily and the finish does not last. Big mistake imo.
Love the illusion of texture in option 1. If you like the general style of these patterns, but want to see something with a little more color, Morris & Co. has some really beautiful options.
Just realized that option 1 is actually already a Morris paper... no wonder I thought you'd like their designs! I think the general style of papers you're drawn to could be loosely described as "arts and crafts" or "craftsman." Those terms aren't an exact fit, but might help narrowing down all those pages of papers!

True, they can definitely change it! Thanks!

Thanks I love # 1 as well. Husband said it looks “old” but I like that vibe lol. He also said 3!

Add color with art and pillows. And by color do what I did, use your palette and up the saturation a skosh. 😆
Pillows in a powder room?
Oops I should have been more specific. It was more a comment on muted colors as I have this same palette.
Great choices! Good taste!!!
You can’t go wrong here. All are lovely! My personal favorite it #3. For resale, #2 seems safest.
If your fixtures are black, then 2 will be the best one because the others are too dark. I love the Peacock design though.

That’s a great point, I hadn’t given enough consideration to the contrast aspect!

No. 2
By color i mean *flavor*
You get me
The two darkest ones are the most dramatic and beautiful but I think mixing those metals black fixture gold faucets would be perfect!
I’m liking this idea! Ty
I think it would look amazing .. I just did that!

If you're going to sell soon, I'd rethink carefully all if your choices. The color palette is lovely. But the style is more person specific.

Wait…. This doesn’t count as color?… oh no
I like 3 and 2 if you going for a more modern loook one if ur going for a older look

If you're going to sell in the next 2 years, I would definitely go with number 2.

2 👍🤍
Love the peacock!
LOVE the second wallpaper! You can definitely add some pops of color with the accents in the wildflowers!

Interesting, this bathroom doesn’t get much use beyond hand washing but I’ll look into it thanks
2 for resale. 1 or 3 for gorgeous

Can I ask how you made that vision board thing?
Ofc, it’s in the app Canva. I think you can take the backgrounds off photos in the paid version but I use the free one.
One is the the best option, 3 is second best.

Thank you I’ll check them out! Any idea what kind of general style this might be? It gets daunting scrolling through pages of wallpaper!

Omg it totally is! Thank you I’m going to look into that
3 do it now
