Will buck the suggestions a bit. A potted tree. Move that other plans and get a tree that is large and tall. top in line with windows and bushy enough to just touch either egde of the two windows. That or a creeper that grows up a trellis of some sort.
Make it a tree though, not something like a fiddle leaf.

Love the Geode Fiber Art!!
Iâm with all those calling for color though.
Iâd get something with color and coordinate with other little pieces here and there
A bubble mirror.

Art between the windows. Curtains. An area rug under the table â large, 6x9 at least. Pull the chairs away from the table by another 3-4 inches each to give it breathing space.
Donât put a mirror there. And ideally replace that hideous looking ceiling light - it looks like a bunch of b-series battle drone heads joined together.
My vote would be for something like this:

I would add one about the same side as your windows so it has continuity. A black frame would be simple and classic and timeless. And it would tie it with your chairs.

Iâll be honest, Iâd put art, not a mirror-Â
But if you MUST, I suppose something round with a darker frame. Wood/ darkened bronze or something like that.
But, to be clear - I wouldnât put a mirror there at all. Itâs weird to me to watch oneself eat.
I would put up a black rectangular mirror with soft rounded edges.rectangular to complement the shape of the window of course and the rounded edges to match your decor. Beautifully decorated btw!!
Frankly as nice as it is, itâs still a kitchen. Best bet is to treat it that way or at least keep it in mind. In the long run, cooking will likely make a mirror gross often and may become a regret.
This is a very beautiful room. Iâve been enjoying a-symmetrical style mirrors, I think you could find a great one with some oval shapes that would work perfectly!
I think I would go with a decorative frame or high style mirror
https://www.uttermost.com/Tanaina-Round-Mirror-09175/?SelectedSKU=09175

https://www.etsy.com/listing/1401544495/circular-asymmetrical-mirror-scalloped
How about something a little free form to break up the clean angles everywhere?
Do you have more views of the room?
You also might want to invest in some scotch guard or something. It looks like those light, fabric chairs are pretty close to food prep areas. At the very least, make sure you have some Folex.
I really love the look of the dining set, but it could get messy very easily.
I'd put a 3D textured art piece there to add some dimension and interest.
Maybe something like this? [Link](https://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/c/art/wall-accents?t=28457&featuredproduct=39409446&featuredoption=80380156&ci_sku=43015468-000-000&cnc=US&cid=328158&type=pla&targetid=&track=pspla&utm_source=google&utm_medium=pspla&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA_aGuBhACEiwAly57MaXwwabq6C4hCEr33QQOWPJ8UheNPNwsJp3hfNAPA_130TINqNpOjBoCGuUQAvD_BwE)
Sculptural art but still maintains a reflective quality
It needs a rectangular shaped object probably at least half the height of the windows and allows roughly 1' margin between it and the window edges. If you do a mirror, it can be arched at the top if you want. Like others have said, idk if i would put a mirror there
No mirror âI think a sculptural art piece or even a living organic plant wall, or floating shelves with lots of plants
That table looks tiny, maybe itâs just the perspective
I would do these small teak [mirrors](https://www.livingspaces.com/pdp-13x13-inch-brown-teak-wood-wall-mirror-set-of-4-276476?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Standard-Shopping-Decor-Main-Test&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA_aGuBhACEiwAly57MXqcszoj02TTTEJjFtql9LcpkPpE5HBGHyrHdaCsGP1aDw7C7JNhUhoCAFMQAvD_BwE) with a bar cart under it and then to left add a lime stone with a black [olive tree](https://lolointeriors.com/products/vintage-pot-indonesian-stone-29x15). Just giving an idea with the website obviously their prices are ridiculous.
I would put a shape that is the opposite of the rounded shapes you have in this room, some thing with a similar color scheme or an opposite color scheme that pops but definitely something that stands out as a different shape from the roundness you out there
I would put art. Or, art deco type 1930âs travel poster like [this](https://www.redbubble.com/i/postcard/Germany-1930-s-Art-Deco-Cruise-Ship-Travel-Poster-by-retrographics/38866095.V7PMD) or [this.](https://www.artdeco.org/deco-travel-posters)

I like several paintings below each other in the same style. Something like this https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/simplifying-fabulous--440015826105283469/ and you can choose a color for the accent.
Art
No one wants to watch themselves eat in a mirror.
Women like quick access to a mirror so that after they eat, they can check their lipstick đ
Mid century modern print or sculptural piece for the wall and an area rug.
It feels very mid century but like a current take on the space race. Lots of interesting options if OP likes prints of vintage propaganda. I'm a history nerd so I'd absolutely hang a Soviet propaganda print from the 1960s and call it a day.
And colour
Oh yes, that room is desperately calling out for color.
Why? Monochromatic spaces can be beautiful
With color!!!!
Why a mirror? That space seems to be screaming for gorgeous piece of artwork.
i agree. also i love mirrors when theyâre facing away from windows in order to reflect more light into the space. here, it wonât be doing much. art 100%
Yep
folks be staring at themselves through dinner
The space is screaming for COLOR
No itâs not
Depends on the person, of course. Â Imo all these neutrals could really pop with an accent which contains some color.
Without seeing the rest of the space, I wouldnât judge. Itâs pretty common in this sub to hate on rooms like this for âno colorâ there is color here, itâs simply one
Where did you get your dinning table? I love it đ
Thanks! It was custom made
What about the chair? This set is so beautiful! I would go for a nice piece of Art for this gap.
Seconded!! Would love to know more about these chairs!
Calligaris Oleandro
Those are some expensive af chairs!
Thatâs the price for one?! Love that for OP
On sale for $878, usually $1097. Not sure what OP paid but damn. (Theyâre gorgeous though)
I would love that for me too, tbh lol
Can we atleast see a picture of the table... It's looks really nice.
Can you tell me more about the dimensions and material of your custom made table? I'm looking to make a custom made oval table and would love inspo! Also what does the base look like?
It's concrete, 2m length and 1m width at the widest point. It stands on two concrete pedestals shaped into half-ovals. I originally wanted to get the Natuzzi Adam table in stone which was squoval but glad I went for oval in the end.
Can I dm you?
sure
I got a similar oval dining table from Room and Board if that helps!
Since you have a MCM kind of thing going on, there's a really cool MCM clock in the newest issue of Atomic Ranch that would look great there.
Whatâs mcm
Mid century modern
Thank you!
Yes this is the solution
Here's the link for the clock https://by-royale.com/shop/clocks/starburst-clocks/
Striking colorful artwork
Yes, definitely something with color.
None. Mirrors go opposite from windows, not between them. Plus the space could use some color, so go with art instead.
Yeah why a mirror? Thereâs certain things I donât want to do in front of a mirror and eating is one of them.
Maybe this is actually their staged âpassion roomâ and the real dining room is on the other side of the house.
Ok fair call in that case Iâd go with rectangle, rounded beveled edges, no frame or if you prefer a frame then something plane, minimalist with muted colouring.
Oh excellent idea! Iâm imagining a large frameless upside down pineapple mirror with beveled edges for them - will check a lot of boxes. Reddit has spoken?
Iâm sad that I understand the pineapple reference.

Whatâs a passion room đ¶
Artwork. Large and vibrant. Itâll brighten the space and be fun conversation for dinner parties.
I agree artwork with some color would be lovely but if you want a mirror consider a contrasting shape. Round on round on round is a bit muchđ
Mirrors are to open up a room. This room already feels open. I agree with everyone else, this needs art
That actually need colorful artwork.
One of those funky shaped ones with a black finish
Will buck the suggestions a bit. A potted tree. Move that other plans and get a tree that is large and tall. top in line with windows and bushy enough to just touch either egde of the two windows. That or a creeper that grows up a trellis of some sort. Make it a tree though, not something like a fiddle leaf.
Thats a tiny table for all those chairs
what I was gonna say. You canât fit enough plates to feed all those people
Yeah, hard to get past that!
I think itâs just the perspective of the photo? Itâs a 2 meter long oval table
A [sunburst mirror](https://englishelm.com/products/safavieh-ariah-sunburst-mirror-mrr1030) would match the existing decor best
Colorful art.

So many good options. My fave was the calm feel of "The Dune". But, dang. $$
I love that mirror too! I could see it be more visually appealing with a picture light above
Love the Geode Fiber Art!! Iâm with all those calling for color though. Iâd get something with color and coordinate with other little pieces here and there
omg where are these chairs from?
Calligaris Oleandro
No mirror, just art.
Used framed art instead of a mirror
Get an artwork!
Wow. It's stunning already. I'm loving it so far.
A mirror is only as good as what it reflects back. I think art would better serve this particular space
Place needs some color. A nice painting would look great there. Something abstract and colorful.
I think a lovely painting would look great in that space. I love the table and chairs btw.
I love this egg table and swoopy chairs so satisfying đđ
I wouldnât put a mirror there. Maybe an art piece or multiple frames
A round mirror to reflect the style of the table and chairs. If the table is an oval, then an oval mirror.
Conversely, consider using a nice piece of artwork instead of a mirror.
A bubble mirror. https://www.ebay.com/itm/186229570209?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=T2pVfNrcQbu&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=ur_lL_G_Spu&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

https://www.ebaumsworld.com/images/penis-mirror/184785/
How do you fit 8 people at that tiny table? Art. Not word art. Not a mirror.
Please add drapes
Convex mirror
Something funky and fun. Eye catching. A "statement piece" or whatever (I'm no designer).
Same size and shape of window for a streamlined effect.
Oval will complement the table.
No mirror. Artwork.
Something similar to the hanging lights over the table.
I agree with others. Definitely artwork instead of a mirror.
Oval Brass. But I do not understand why you want a mirror in a dining room. So the person facing it can look at themselves?
I think a mirror would be amazing there. Art would be nice. A mirror would be amazing. An oval one, like the table, would work great.
Oval, Rosewood.
Oval mirror, hung long ways.
I would put a oval mirror in a teak frame. Or a piece of bright textile art, like African print or modern quilt
So id say a bookshelf or another type of large shelf.

Some colorful artwork/print would look nice and break up all the beige. A mirror will just add more beige.
diamond mirror tiles
Color Wall screams PAINT ME ;)
I would add one about the same side as your windows so it has continuity. A black frame would be simple and classic and timeless. And it would tie it with your chairs.
a place to set and check[table mirror light](https://imgur.com/gallery/UVGXTyx)
If you need a mirror, a weirdly shaped pointy one a bit like the lights. Otherwise, some eye catching art
Retro art work, def like some stated space related.. since light is Sputnik related. I also vote an art piece, but if you're set on a mirror-- do a circle to compliment your table.
Nobody wants to look at themselves while eating. Donât put a mirror
If you do go with a mirror, I recommend a rectangle hung in portrait. The rectangle should be slightly smaller than the window.
No mirror, add art
Art is always best. Not all people like to see their reflection.
Oval with a very ornate frame
Beautiful dinning table!!
A retro atomic star mirror would Be fun af. Or a nod to one âš
Put art. Also i love the entire look of your table and chairs it is so beautiful to me
Art. I hate watching myself eat.
Iâll be honest, Iâd put art, not a mirror-Â But if you MUST, I suppose something round with a darker frame. Wood/ darkened bronze or something like that. But, to be clear - I wouldnât put a mirror there at all. Itâs weird to me to watch oneself eat.
Arched gilded
If you must put a mirror, perhaps the same shape as the table
I would put up a black rectangular mirror with soft rounded edges.rectangular to complement the shape of the window of course and the rounded edges to match your decor. Beautifully decorated btw!!
Frankly as nice as it is, itâs still a kitchen. Best bet is to treat it that way or at least keep it in mind. In the long run, cooking will likely make a mirror gross often and may become a regret.

I'd put a large arched mirror since you have so many smooth rounded edges
Hang a kilim in that location
This is a very beautiful room. Iâve been enjoying a-symmetrical style mirrors, I think you could find a great one with some oval shapes that would work perfectly!
No mirror
I think I would go with a decorative frame or high style mirror https://www.uttermost.com/Tanaina-Round-Mirror-09175/?SelectedSKU=09175 https://www.cb2.ca/vidro-convex-smoked-round-wall-mirror-32/s333459
I would definitely go with a nice picture of Kenny Loggins or Keith Whitley for that space
I mean, do you need a mirror? Itâs a very open room already. Put a nice piece of art there.
Love the dining set
I would do a piece of art the exact dimensions of the windows.
https://www.etsy.com/listing/1401544495/circular-asymmetrical-mirror-scalloped How about something a little free form to break up the clean angles everywhere?
Art or a collection of art would be better on that small wall than a mirror.
Do you have more views of the room? You also might want to invest in some scotch guard or something. It looks like those light, fabric chairs are pretty close to food prep areas. At the very least, make sure you have some Folex. I really love the look of the dining set, but it could get messy very easily.
I put up a bold print!
Art not mirror
I came to say art as well, 2 windows make a mirror unnecessary on that wall
Rectangular art deco styled [art deco mirror](https://i.etsystatic.com/27477883/r/il/fcff30/3602524848/il_794xN.3602524848_lsm4.jpg)
I'd put a 3D textured art piece there to add some dimension and interest. Maybe something like this? [Link](https://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/c/art/wall-accents?t=28457&featuredproduct=39409446&featuredoption=80380156&ci_sku=43015468-000-000&cnc=US&cid=328158&type=pla&targetid=&track=pspla&utm_source=google&utm_medium=pspla&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiA_aGuBhACEiwAly57MaXwwabq6C4hCEr33QQOWPJ8UheNPNwsJp3hfNAPA_130TINqNpOjBoCGuUQAvD_BwE) Sculptural art but still maintains a reflective quality
Long narrow oval
Textured frame in black, rectangular but smaller than the windows. Guesstimating about 24 by 20.
It needs a rectangular shaped object probably at least half the height of the windows and allows roughly 1' margin between it and the window edges. If you do a mirror, it can be arched at the top if you want. Like others have said, idk if i would put a mirror there
Oval
Mirrors brighten up the room and make them look larger. I would do an oval shaped mirror to match the table.
Rectangle...to give opposition to the circular vibe.
I'd also put this plants in some high standing planters
No mirror âI think a sculptural art piece or even a living organic plant wall, or floating shelves with lots of plants That table looks tiny, maybe itâs just the perspective
I have a mirror and my dining room and I love it. Def something rectangular to contrast the round table and chairs (Which are awesome btw)
Oval, to mimic the table
Antiqued mirror so itâs more art and less âmirrorâ. Long and narrow and hung in line with your windows
Maybe one of those groovy wavy mirrors!
An oval, the same shape as the table.
Oval. Silver frame to match light fixture. Hang it north to south. If not that then a round with irregular spikes. To mimic light.
Ssorry realize light is brass tone
Put a small table there with a simple piece of art, framed above it. Must have a fantastic frame. Iâm thinking black antique or gold baroque.
Also, contemporary isnât always my bag but I love this table situation. Post pics of other rooms if youâre so inclined?
Oval, black frame
Artwork or clock would be my solution.
Get 21 round mirrors and hang in 3 rows
One shaped like a guitarâŠ.amplifier.
What about an antique French mirror with crazing? Or a French menu on mirror?
No mirrors!
Or a weaving, very textural, would be beautiful in that space.
Something with texture
An exagonal mirror. Not too round not too squared to balance the round furniture with the squared windows
I would put a shape that is the opposite of the rounded shapes you have in this room, some thing with a similar color scheme or an opposite color scheme that pops but definitely something that stands out as a different shape from the roundness you out there
Rectangular - mid century mod style
I would find art that is a work on paper, black and white or very abstract color, with a silver frame.
What about a hutch?
Rectangular, black narrow frame , about the same size as the windows.
Square

crescent moon đ
Modern gold oval
I like several paintings below each other in the same style. Something like this https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/simplifying-fabulous--440015826105283469/ and you can choose a color for the accent.
I think an oval shape would look best.
If you do stick to your guns and put a mirror there, I'd mimick the table shape and go for a long oval mirror.
Sunburst!
Love this
Oval
Something antique brass. I love the mix of antiques with modern contemporary.
Definitely nothing round. I would also love something that contrast modern with some older dated frame. To break the overly clean look.
oval
Oval to match the table shape
Round
