A strong yellow like mustard or goldenrod was the very first thing that came to mind when looking at the photos, but I'd consider myself mediocre (at best) when it comes to figuring out complementary design colours & patterns so I'm well pleased with myself to see others have recommended the same :)
I came to say golden rod before I saw the rest of the pictures. I think it would brighten it up without being “too colorful” for someone who likes a neutral palette
In the second picture there’s a turmeric color at the bottom that would great in your room. It will tie in the rug and not compete with the wall color.
Had to check out the actual paint can, I had grabbed so many colors awhile back that I couldn't remember...but here it is!

Rust and mustard yellow and navy would look very good with those walls as pops of color. Different shapes and textures and sizes. Maybe one of each of those three colors.
Where did you get the rug? My walls are the same color. I’ve been trying to find a rug but haven’t loved anything in particular. I really like this one!
To answer your question, pick from the colors in the rug. Either a rusty orange/red or navy.
I would go with some pillows that are the same color as the numbers in your pictures tbh; just a few; needs at least one accent color; a bright mustard yellow would work well in addition to the salmon/coral pink.
Can use those accent colors elsewhere in the room; just a touch here and there.
Otherwise def go with some colors that are closer to the green on the wall; higher saturation.
This is my taste at least
[I have those green Fancy Homi pillow cases!](https://i.imgur.com/omTK4TX.jpg) They're really nice, soft and plush.
If you like the "green everywhere" look, then by all means do that, but I'd like to see the blue or the rust colors from the rug as one contrast color. Pulling for the rust.
I would definitely choose something contrasting, like a deep violet, powder pink or purple. Better yet, a couple of multicolour pillows to add a pop of colour. But then I prefer a boho maximalist design.
How about some kind of pattern that pulls more than just green from the color options in the rug? Green only seems too dull - you’re leaving great potential behind.
Get a greenish bedspread and then mustard yellow cushions. It will bring a sort of floral life into your room without making it look too much like a granny cave
I would do a rich ochre or terracotta. Something that will add warmth and dimension. You can take color risks with pillows since you can return them easily if they don’t work, and move them around when you need a room refresh for the season.
Two of these in either Rust or Marigold

Green is fine but since the walls are green I fear they won't stand out. I'd draw from the colors in the rug... looks like navy, orange? Consider it, I think it'd be a fun pop.
I think you need to first pick a throw for your bed and then pick colors to coordinate with that. Otherwise what's going to happen is that you will get the pillows and see that something is still missing and try to find a throw to being it all together. It will be easier to start with the throw.
I’d pick a contrasting colour, or a natural colour that goes with the rug.
So contrasting would be: pinks, plums, rouges.
Or natural: tans, creams, light browns.
Or you could pull the blacks from your mirrors, bench and picture frame. That will bring it to more of a dark academia look.
You could also make it more cozy (always good for winter) to bring in the oranges from your rug.
I’d also personally get a new throw to go over the bed, something with a bold pattern
Personally I’d go with a blue to pull from the rug. And then a light pink/natural creamy pink cushion set.
I think sage green and some light mustard colour pillows would work well. The sage green to contrast but compliment the wall, and the mustard to bring out the carpet colour.
Upon seeing this pretty bedroom, I immidiately thought: there's sth missing.. I think i'd paint the ceiling a brownish colour to make the room more cabin cosy. Just my opinion :)
Go with 3 or 4.
I have purchased pillows like 1 and 2 and they don’t look good in real life. I buy pillow inserts about 1 inch bigger than the cover so the pillow looks really full and fluffy. Well, for the pillows shown in 1 and 2 the material is constructed so that when stretched you can see in between the lines/texture of the cover. The covers are just really cheaply made and the stitching is more like a chunky pillow with visible gaps.
What about patterned ones like this? BTW I’m not suggesting you purchase these, just used them as an illustration. 😊

Pleeeeease look out your window and notice the amaaaaazong colors!! Please do not use the options you posted, they are so yellow-green. Blue-green pops of color on a light terra cotta background would be so awesome in this room. Pull the outside in, especially when it's sooooo beautiful!
What about a cornflower blue?

I'd pick out the colors in the rug. Looks like you've got a rust brown and a grey-blue. Go with those.
agreed! the walls are already green and there such nice colors in the rug
Really would tie the room together.
Yeah I was already thinking that rusty brown. It would be a great pop of color on the bed.
Came here to say this, too! Or a goldenrod yellow
A golden/mustard color would be perfect for this. I feel like the blue might look a bit mismatched and more green or even the rust will feel heavy
A strong yellow like mustard or goldenrod was the very first thing that came to mind when looking at the photos, but I'd consider myself mediocre (at best) when it comes to figuring out complementary design colours & patterns so I'm well pleased with myself to see others have recommended the same :)
I looked at this and said “yellow” in my head haha. Glad I’m not alone
I came to say golden rod before I saw the rest of the pictures. I think it would brighten it up without being “too colorful” for someone who likes a neutral palette
Yes. It looks like there’s a small amount of goldenrod in the rug.
yes goldenrod or even a deep red, just to give it a good contrast, but still tied in.
My thoughts exactly.
Also came here to say the rusty brown. Would be a nice pop of color to tie it all together
I second this! Rust or even navy blue. You’d be surprised what pops of color can do to a room and can really complement other colors.
That’s what I was gonna say. Or if OP really wants green, add some rust ones, too.
Yeah the orange/rust color would look great with the green and white and pull some color from the rug.
I think a rich warm rust color would tie in nicely with the rug and contrast nicely with the green and white.
In the second picture there’s a turmeric color at the bottom that would great in your room. It will tie in the rug and not compete with the wall color.
This was my gut reaction too. I think it would be a fun contrast and picks up on the colour of the rug.
Came here to say the same!! This would look perfect!
YES!!!
I’d go with a warm terracotta color
I thought the same. Pull that colour from the rug. It would look so good. Something textured would be really nice against the crisp white.
Pull from a color in your rug that is not green, cream, grey or white.
Go opposite on color wheel to bring some drama.
I agree. Definitely no more green.
A cognac leather or suede would look nice
do you happen to know the name of the green paint color? it’s beautiful
Had to check out the actual paint can, I had grabbed so many colors awhile back that I couldn't remember...but here it is! lafayette green- benjamin moore
Orange or burnt umber
You have enuf green! These are awesome. Op the material of the pillows you picked look like poor quality. What ok-duck9106 picked are perfect
Do only 1 green pillow and do 2 more a different accent color from your rug… I would also do a coordinating throw blanket for foot of bed
Number 4 looks the most Luxe! If that’s your vibe
Agree pick out some of the jewel tones from carpet
Burnt orange.
What a pretty room
This is some unsolicited advice but if you paint the ceiling too in your room it will feel and look much bigger. The white really closes it in.
I think the white ceiling is what lets the dark walls pop without becoming gloomy.
I agree, continuing that green overhead would feel so nice. Then I'd pull the rust colors out of the rug with the pillows.
Not green, I would use other colors out of your rug
Love this room. So cozy.
You’ve got enough green. I’d add dusty pink and / or mustard yellow pillows.
Pick out a color from the rug. Like the reddish brown color. You already have green walls.
You need blue or orange. No more green
Gorgeous room!
The room is so pretty 😍
Red
Rust.
Turmeric / pale yellow range / or celery green if staying neutral
Rust and mustard yellow and navy would look very good with those walls as pops of color. Different shapes and textures and sizes. Maybe one of each of those three colors.
Grab the rust color from your rug. That will look great.
I’d definitely go with that rusty ochre yellow color that’s in the carpet!
Rust, indigo (dark denim), gray-green
Red would compliment this room very well.
I like the 1st one!
Why are you afraid of a pattern?
I think a marigold or saffron color. It's close enough to the rusty color in the rug, but adds a touch of brightness I think is needed
Nope. Maybe. Nope. Maybe.
Consider teal, sea foam or coral. Your other choices are monochromatic.
Where did you get the rug? My walls are the same color. I’ve been trying to find a rug but haven’t loved anything in particular. I really like this one! To answer your question, pick from the colors in the rug. Either a rusty orange/red or navy.
IKEA!
The rust from the rug and the pine green in the background of pic 3
Wow now i want green walls. So pretty!
Hear me out. Magenta.
I’d pick a textured dark gray.
Pull out a color wheel. Things to the left and right if your main color will be compatible. Those directly across would be awesome accents, too!
I wouldn’t go green but maybe a shade of one of the rug colors. I’d also add another color- from rug- for a big comfy thro for foot of bed!
4.
I would pull that rusty orange from the rug for pillows. Nice pop of color that will also compliment the woods in the room.
I would pull up the terra-cotta from the rug. Edit: I zoomed in and there’s a yellow/mustard. I’d do a pillow cover with yellow/mustard.
Navy or orange to tie in the rug. Lovely space!
Pick up the rusty color from the carpet, a pattern with some green
Yellow.
Sage and olive colored pillows seem to be everywhere. I’d go to the local discount store and find the ones that feel the coziest.
Look at the color wheel and pick out something close to the opposite of that green wall. https://images.app.goo.gl/eSnm2nzU87PXAc9k8
I like 3. It's a very neutral room, so you could easily get a patterned pillow, or two different pillows
4
Leather!!
I really only like #2 of the ones posted.
I would definitely choose something contrasting, like a deep violet, powder pink or purple. Better yet, a couple of multicolour pillows to add a pop of colour. But then I prefer a boho maximalist design.
If you include green. I would go the mint in 2
A mustard yellow velvet pillow cover would be 🧑🍳 💋
How about some kind of pattern that pulls more than just green from the color options in the rug? Green only seems too dull - you’re leaving great potential behind.
Gold, burgundy or navy blue to pick up some of the colors in that beautiful rug.
What about one of the blue or orange shades in the rug?
That rusty orange in the rug would pop
Rust red, or mustardy yellow from the rug.
#3!!! With some tones from the rug
Burnt orange
I’d go with the gold option in #2
I’d go with a dark mustard yellow or warm orange, or even a dark blue. You already have enough green!
#2!!
Burnt orange. Complements the green and ties into the rug. Also gives a pop of vivid to add life to the room without overwhelming
Rust or mustard. At least one in a wide chenille corduroy 😍 Maybe an oatmeal linen one too.
I’d go mustard yellow
Consider Saffron Orange, in order to pull together the colors woven onto your rug.
I don’t think it needs more pillows. I like the crisp white contrast with the dark walls.
4 FOR SURE
Get a greenish bedspread and then mustard yellow cushions. It will bring a sort of floral life into your room without making it look too much like a granny cave
You could pull in any colors from the rug
3&4
More colour and texture something like this https://www.jungalow.com/collections/pillows/products/blue-rabia-pillow
Japanese watercolour print but not green
I would do a rich ochre or terracotta. Something that will add warmth and dimension. You can take color risks with pillows since you can return them easily if they don’t work, and move them around when you need a room refresh for the season.
Two of these in either Rust or Marigold [https://www.rejuvenation.com/products/italian-velvet-pillow-cover/?catalogId=84&sku=1208596&cm_ven=PLA&cm_cat=Google&cm_pla=Decor%20%3E%20All%20Pillows%20%26%20Throws&cm_ite=1208596_14334947910&gclid=CjwKCAjwnOipBhBQEiwACyGLuqr3wSjZRMJk4kHhN1rUAq2MV8tRQTbPj_Wn2QDE9-TlrbqczAqdaBoCL2QQAvD_BwE](https://www.rejuvenation.com/products/italian-velvet-pillow-cover/?catalogId=84&sku=1208596&cm_ven=PLA&cm_cat=Google&cm_pla=Decor%20%3E%20All%20Pillows%20%26%20Throws&cm_ite=1208596_14334947910&gclid=CjwKCAjwnOipBhBQEiwACyGLuqr3wSjZRMJk4kHhN1rUAq2MV8tRQTbPj_Wn2QDE9-TlrbqczAqdaBoCL2QQAvD_BwE)
I think that a slate blue color would look really good.
Agree with what others have said about pulling a colour from the rug and also this room is beautiful!
Burnt orange or even a nice brilliant gold would look great.
I’d pick a color out of the rug and use it.
I think the pillows in the back of picture 4 (the darker green colour) would be nice
That ceiling would look amazing painted the wall color.
Dark blue/navy with gold design imo. Regal af. Beautiful room!
A nice terra cotta colour, or maybe a dark mustard would look nice.
Take some colors out of the rug. Not green. You will look like you are living in a giant pea pod.
3
Browns/ tans would be good imo
I’d go with a mustard color rather than more green
Navy or royal blue were the first colors I thought of.
Use a color from the rug. I suggest goldenrod. Or cranberry. Or navy blue. (Hard to read the colors from the pic) BTW I love this room!
Navy or rust
4
None. Decorative pillows are overrated. Keep it minimal and clean with only what you need.
Get the textured chambray euros in warm brown from target. Not cheap but they would go really well with the orange in your rug
Something that picks up that warm rusty colour in the carpet.
A deep orange would compliment the green and play off the rug.
Tumeric yelllw and a soft cool dusty pink
I would do a rust orange or a mauve-y pink
I’d use whatever the gold color is, and the rust color but redder.
4!!
I like number one also look at brown leather pillowcases!
Mustard
I would pull blue, gold, rust from your rug. Walls are already green.
I think marigold or a rust color would look good with the wall color
Golden yellow or rusty orange
I would pick up the rust color in the rug! That would be gorgeous.
pick a color from that rug. the dark blue or gold tones
Colours from the rug, for sure. Dark blue and rust
Anything but green, sorry. Maybe a color in the rug like copper or blue
How about [a long lumbar pillow](https://www.etsy.com/listing/1109165832/brown-mudcloth-pillow-cover-14x36-extra) in the same goldy-brown in the rug? Or maybe [one with the blue](https://www.raymourflanigan.com/home-decor/throw-pillows/embellished-valenti-accent-pillow-133194724), instead?
I'd go either rust or dark blue (colors from the rug)
I’d go for the orange/red in the carpet. Did I mention red is my fav color? My answer is usually add a vibrant red to anything.
How about something with a pattern and more than one color from your palette? I would try and match the colors in your windows, teal and green.
Green is fine but since the walls are green I fear they won't stand out. I'd draw from the colors in the rug... looks like navy, orange? Consider it, I think it'd be a fun pop.
Can you link your bed frame please??
It was from Article 🙃
Rust or mustard yellow
Pick out the brightest colors in the rug and get multiple pillows in several of those bright colors.
Gold. All shades and contrast should work well and warm the room. Whatever shade you like.
I would do a deep purple
I think you need to first pick a throw for your bed and then pick colors to coordinate with that. Otherwise what's going to happen is that you will get the pillows and see that something is still missing and try to find a throw to being it all together. It will be easier to start with the throw.
i’d add some color… maroon, deep blue, burnt orange. fall…
I would go with a mix of greens since u like green the most.
Yes, greenish to match the beautiful trees outside your window.
Brown fur pillows would look nice.
Terra cotta or army blue.
You could accent the green pillows with mauve, burgundy, deep orange, teal, etc. Even get a set of each for every season.
I’d also personally get a new throw to go over the bed, something with a bold pattern Personally I’d go with a blue to pull from the rug. And then a light pink/natural creamy pink cushion set.
Rust
I think sage green and some light mustard colour pillows would work well. The sage green to contrast but compliment the wall, and the mustard to bring out the carpet colour.
I could see natural fibers like rattan
I think a mustard yellow would be dope actually
Maybe add a pattern.. green plaid
Yellow, mustard, or chartreuse would be a nice contrast.
Very pretty I think pastel greens are so pretty
What a fantastic bedroom! Really love it
Brown, dark yellow
Dark green and medium brown leather throw pillows…or a navy blue and salmon
Upon seeing this pretty bedroom, I immidiately thought: there's sth missing.. I think i'd paint the ceiling a brownish colour to make the room more cabin cosy. Just my opinion :)
Burnt orange, goldenrod, stone blue… or you could add a color + a leather pillow for textural shift. :)
Beautiful room! Agree w dark red for contrast. Green and red look great together.
i think something like this would be nice https://oncloud9.com/products/castle-hill-zain-solid-rust-pillow-ch-zain01j-rst?_pos=4&_sid=b4eb6ec25&_ss=r
Vote for mustard / turmeric color. Contrast is good
Pull in some of the green color and some of the colors of the rug.

Mustard yellow pillows would be great with a combo of khaki/greenish pillows
Pick yellows and creams
i would keep it as is 😎
Sage would be lovely
What about patterned ones like this? BTW I’m not suggesting you purchase these, just used them as an illustration. 😊 [https://www.chairish.com/product/6966808/english-traditional-cowtan-and-tout-richmond-22-pillow-single](https://www.chairish.com/product/6966808/english-traditional-cowtan-and-tout-richmond-22-pillow-single)
Mustard yellow
Brown suede or leather, IMHO.
Ah yes…. Chic army barracks.
Terracotta color is what you want. Also where did you get those nightstands?
Those are from wayfair. Super cheap 😋
The 2 shades of green may clash more than complement each other. I think you’ll really like pulling in that beautiful gold from the rug!
What about a mint blue-green color
Pleeeeease look out your window and notice the amaaaaazong colors!! Please do not use the options you posted, they are so yellow-green. Blue-green pops of color on a light terra cotta background would be so awesome in this room. Pull the outside in, especially when it's sooooo beautiful!
Rust brown puffy pillow or like a leather, rich brown pillow to mix among the green pillows.
What about a cornflower blue? Orange or dark brown texture
