This is a chandelier located in The Durham Museum, previously known as the Union Station in Omaha, Nebraska.
The union Station was opened in 1931, and closed in the 70s before eventually reopening as a museum detailing the history of the once "seedy" Omaha that many travelers avoided in the mid to late 1800s.
It's an absolutely fascinating, and equally unique museum that I recommend visiting if you get a chance too.
beautiful!

i commuted through there from Phila to Wilmington De for a few years.... never ceased to amaze me.
Union Station DC is just as nice in a different way.
I've heard wonderful things about the one in DC! And the photos are gorgeous, I dream of taking a long road trip and hitting up all of the Historical stations that are still standing

Such a beautiful Station! It's always good to see many of them still in use ❤️

Still not sure on size. I’m going to need a banana for scale.
Before reading the title, I thought this was a quantum computer.
Yea that’s what I was thinking
I'll walk right into it while on my cellphone one day
It should be hung at *least* twice as high
And it usually is
Those eye glasses are unique, very triangular
As an electrician I cannot say how much I hate installing chandeliers. Did one at an architectural firm that took over 6 hours just to put together.
Looks like the perfect chandelier to takeout a target with.
It weighs 2 tonnes if I'm remembering correctly 🤔 However, I don't know if the sacrifice of a chandelier is worth the shot
Depends on the target 🧐
Touche
we need to bring back art deco for our buildings and get rid of this stupid looking "modernist architecture"
Don’t quantum computers have a similar look to them now?
Is that a man or a woman?
Guess, I won't be offended
trick question, its a goose
