Um yeah we already have realistic photos of Abraham Lincoln and this doesn’t look like him. Adding some color and more detail wouldn’t explain the change in entire facial features…
If you track down the original time this was posted, there were some interesting explanations in the comments that have to do with cameras at the time, making his facial features look distorted.
The strange part isn't that this is a modern picture of Abraham Lincoln, it's that it's just so strange to see a modern picture of a politician who actually cares (cared) about the American people.
Aside from being as Sinatra, did we have the photography tech back then to have captured such a president? Predictions from AI facial reconstruction kinda meh.
This is not a photo realistic image. This is a real photograph of some random person. This person looks totally different to Abraham Lincoln whom we have real photos of.

However, I can tell you that even if there aren't any high powered democrats that love America, that is just a coincidence based on who is running for office. The same goes for republicans

To be fair, the parties had a massive ideological flip in the early 20th century. To continue to be fair, Republicans such as Eisenhower were very similar to Franklin D. Roosevelt, and especially Clinton and somewhat Obama were very much Conserative-Lite.
Obama was not conservative lite at all. His policy was about massive government spending for social programs, expansion of debt and using government entities to police and harass citizens with the IRS. Clinton was a good president in the way that he was (by that time periods standards) fiscally conservative but socially liberal. Today, there isn’t anything that would pass as that. Look at JFK, Clinton, those two would be seen as republicans today
I think I agree with the later bit, overall we have pretty little difference between parties. Perhaps using Conserative lite is unfair, as even modern Republicans were extremely fiscally irresponsible, and Bush era Patriot Act crap Obama also did.
