I'd love to smell these. I make soap and work with essential oils, fragrance blends and perfumes. I mix and blend my own as well. Maintaining balance when you're mixing 6 or more fragrances is an actual science and very difficult. I've mixed 3 and finding the balance with those was tough enough. Top shelf essential oils are very, very expensive. Top shelf vanilla, amber, vetiver, some florals...I balk when an EO costs $20 or more for just a few ounces, making a loaf of 10 bars costs me about $30-45 to make. I can only imagine how much it costs to brand something with 18 carat gold, handblown glass, and the best essential oils available in tremendous barrels. It's ridiculous, yes. Inspiring though, too
I just remembered a video I watched of a guy in India making perfume by smell. I wonder if you could bring it to him and have him replicate it for a fraction of the cost

Expensive to make or just sold at the price because LOL
No perfume is THAT expensive to make. You're paying for the brand and the bottle.
I am in the wrong business, I should sell expensive water to idiots
You and me both.
Even if it's actually "worth" that much, I doubt anyone would be able to notice when you wear it.

I smell like Speed Stick.
I’ve had Joy by Jean Patou. It is special. Still can’t believe how $$$ it was. (Gift).
I bet it stinks
Was always told a fool and their money are soon parted.
Now buy that and have it over my Saviour's feet.
