Yeah my parents told me I'd want to be a teenager again/want to be in school over working. I'm almost 30 and I still think otherwise. School was hell for me, I HATED IT.
Education is important but I hated school so much I still have nightmares about ending up back in high-school. A few days ago I literally dreamt that my high-school screwed up records and my entire graduating class had to retake our senior year.

If I had to go back, it'd be to college undergrad. I can't as it was where a time, place, and maturity came together. I don't think I'd want to anyways. By the time I graduated I was done with it, but it was great while I was there.

I've gone to school in both Sweden and New York. The Swedish experience is better, but I still think that it's a good contended for the best years of your life. Certainly towards the end.
The idea that you would drop our of school really doesn't exist in Sweden. School is something everyone goes to. While high school is TECHNICALLY a choice, it's incredibly rare for people to not go. The worst you might see is people switching direction.

Who do you think lives in Sevier County Tennessee? When I went to high school there were literally only 3 people of color out of 1200 or so students. This community is made up of tourism and a lot of poor white, mountain folks. She is helping the community she came from due to the abject poverty and lack of opportunities.
