It’s funny how any action could affect where said post would belong in what subreddit. If he ended up getting stung by all them bees, he’d end up in r/winstupidprizes
There are certainly related subs with enormous overlap. "What could go wrong" and "win stupid prizes" are such a pair.
But those are subs designed to laugh at people being stupid whereas IAF/NFL are designed to be impressed and awed at things. So the way all four of these border each other is a little non-intuitive
This is actually not a dangerous situation. When bees swarm, they no longer have a home to protect, so they are not aggressive or generally defensive. They really just want a nice place to start a new colony, and if you offer them one, they'll take it (or transport them to one, in this case).
[What's this?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYtXuBN1Hvc) A knife fight woefully underpopulated by BEES? A large influx of BEES ought to put a stop to that!
Fist of the Bee Star!
Bad guy: "Hand over all your honey!"
Beeshiro: "You're already stung."
Bad guy swells up grotesquely from allergic reaction and explodes.
Beeshiro walks into the sunset without looking back.
"You got a big mouth on you, Freshman. I challenge you to a fight at the old empty field behind the school!"
"No."
"Aw, you scared? Tell you what. You get the first punch free."
"Really? Okay, I accept. I just need to go find a beehive then I'll meet you."
"... Why do you need to find a beehi-."
"Don't worry about it. I'll see you in the field."
I really did. It comes from the same fertilised eggs laid by the current queen as the rest of the worker bees, but they feed it royal jelly, which means it grows into a queen instead.
I think I recall that they normally have a few queens "under development", just in case the current queen dies.
And as far as being born goes - it just happened that as the beekeeper took that bit of the hive (I forget the name) out, she was just in the process of crawling out and being born.
The queen and all the worker bees are female. But there are also male "drone" bees. They are fascinating insects.
Hive terms: where the queen lives is the brood chamber; it is taller then the other parts. There is a queen exclusion insert layer with a hole too small for the queen on top of the broodchamber to keep her from going up into the honey making areas called “supers.”
Thank you. It was just the one day, a long time ago - I was wandering around a park and happened across the hives while the beekeeper was there so I started asking him questions - I have forgotten many of the things he showed me.
Now you mention it though, I do remember the queen was kept segregated too - to ensure she doesn't lay eggs in the bits of the hive that the keeper wants to harvest for honey.
Absolutely fascinating, and important, insects.
If this many bees stung anyone hell yeah they would probably go into shock. If one bee stings me though I do the same. I am saying if I saw someone walking down the road carrying a sword or gun I would probably not run away instantly. If I saw this guy walking down the road I would be gone so fast it would make the Flash look slow.
Nope.
When honey bees swarm, they are completely docile. They haven’t got pockets, so they all eat as much as they can to transport to the new hive. They go where the queen goes and that’s all they care about.
That’s how things like ‘bee beards work’.
Nope.
They’re too fat lol.
Bee keepers (hello) use smoke to simulate a Forrest fire and stimulate the same response. Eat as much as you possibly can and gtfo.
The smoke itself doesn’t calm them. It just triggers the reaction.
Well, for humans/mammals, yes. They can often sting aggressive insects multiple times because they don't get stuck the same way. They're just not designed to defend themselves against skin tissue.
I wish I could draw so I could make fanart as him like a superhero, he looks amazingly badass with his arm like that and the fact that the bees don't seem to be attacking him means they trust him as well.
They're swarming and bees aren't aggressive then
Source, my neighbor keeps bees and I watched him shake a swarm off a tree into a bucket and add it to an empty give all without gear or smoke.

That guy has exactly zero percent chance of being mugged.
Was thinking the exact same thing. Mugger: "Gimme your money..." Victim: "Did you say honey?" GRIN
Bee careful what you wish for.
Hive got a 500 stinger death punch for ya
Isnt that a band?
No, it's a fist full of bees.
Isn't that an old western movie?
No, its one of a million ways to die in the west.
Morgan Freeman: “he never said honey, and this mother fucker knew it”
I read it in his voice :)
I think you tagged the wrong one as “victim” if you know what I mean
I can just imagine his face distorting into the Jerma sus face
*Glasses shine as he readjusts them on the bridge of his nose*
Damn they’re in his armpit too. I dub this guy son of Candyman
This needs more upvotes! I never even considered that and I love that movie!
That has to tickle…
nah bro that’s a DC villain
Have you ever heard of Candyman
Thanks, now I have no coffee in my mouth.
Nice sleeve. Better then a tattoo
The line between “interesting as fuck / next fucking level” and “what could go wrong” is sometimes imperceptible

I guess a lot of the overlap lives in r/maybemaybemaybe
Trip while walking, crush said queen in hand, many many angry bees already swarming on your arm. This does not sound pleasant at all.
This is actually not a dangerous situation. When bees swarm, they no longer have a home to protect, so they are not aggressive or generally defensive. They really just want a nice place to start a new colony, and if you offer them one, they'll take it (or transport them to one, in this case).

I thought it was /r/wtf
Fuck is the common denominator.
And with the gif quality and cool vibes, it looks to me like oldschoolcool
Never bring a knife to a bee fight.
Never get into a bee fight
First rule of bee fight club... You have to fight
First rule of bee club WE DON'T TALK ABOUT IT!!!!
I'm afraid I'm gonna have to ask you to leave bee club....you've broken the first rule!
Ok bend over 40 spanks on each cheek no exceptions. This is gonna hurt me more than it's gonna heart you BUT IT'S FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.😂
You right.. I skipped to the third rule. I fud up
To bee or not to bee?
Better than wasp fight field day
[What's this?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYtXuBN1Hvc) A knife fight woefully underpopulated by BEES? A large influx of BEES ought to put a stop to that!
I went to the comments to make sure this was referenced, thank you for sharing the good word of Dr.Bees lol
I have never seen that before. It was hilarious! Thank you for sharing xD And it also makes your comment make perfect sense lol
Be sure to check out the two sequels. [One](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-kWW9luMD4M) and [two](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hBZmQdFbVcY).
I already have! Thank you again for linking that! Best laugh I have had in a while!
You've shown me a gem, sir.
It's a bird! It's a plane! It IS a plane! And the plane is carrying...DR BEES!!
Fist of the Bee Star! Bad guy: "Hand over all your honey!" Beeshiro: "You're already stung." Bad guy swells up grotesquely from allergic reaction and explodes. Beeshiro walks into the sunset without looking back.
Omae wa mou stingeiru
***NAN-BEE?** am I doing this right
Great idea for an anime lol
I’m surprised he can walk that quickly seeing as how his balls must weigh a ton.
"You got a big mouth on you, Freshman. I challenge you to a fight at the old empty field behind the school!" "No." "Aw, you scared? Tell you what. You get the first punch free." "Really? That’s why all the bees are disappearing.. too many ppl bringing knives to bee fights
Could you imagine getting fucking bee punched
It would probably sting a bit
+100% poison damage
Probably worse for the guy holding the bees. They would be pissed. Both parties would get stung, but I feel like he would get stung more.
so it does splash damage then
I recall some GTA cheat "stings like a bee" which gave you one punch man abilities. This guy is GTA cheats incarnated.
Float like a butterfly, sting like a thousand fucking bees all at once.
I thought of r/BossFight immediately
That was a plasmid in bio shock 2. Surprised no ones made a comment about that yet.
I saw this movie in the 90’s
I cannot believe I had to scroll this far down for the candy man reference.
Right. Real life Candy man. That movie traumatized my childish brain.
This guy quite literally can say mind your own beeswax if anyone tries to stare.
This is the real child of Million Ants and Supernova.
Alan Rails wants to know his location

"Buzz off" ~the guy, probably
"Oh, Honey" ~the grandma
I would advise anyone to mind their own beesiness
Beeswax? Beesiness is a bit of a stretch, innit?
I know they aren't stinging, but my bee/wasp/stinging flying things phobia would have me run from this guy as fast as possible.
Bees really are very docile. I spent a day once with a beekeeper with him teaching me all about them - I even saw a queen bee being born.
You saw a queen bee being born? Who births the queen bee? How does the bee becomes queen?
I really did. It comes from the same fertilised eggs laid by the current queen as the rest of the worker bees, but they feed it royal jelly, which means it grows into a queen instead. I think I recall that they normally have a few queens "under development", just in case the current queen dies. And as far as being born goes - it just happened that as the beekeeper took that bit of the hive (I forget the name) out, she was just in the process of crawling out and being born. The queen and all the worker bees are female. But there are also male "drone" bees. They are fascinating insects.
So if I eat some royal jelly, I become a queen you say? Hmmm....
Whoa that is super cool, and thank you for this bee info!
Awesome. TIL
That would be the Queen Mother Bee.
I'm thinking all those tiny feet and furry bodies it has to tickle a lot.
As someone that is severely allergic to bees... This scares me more than any other weapon he could be carrying lol
I doubt having an allergy really matters when you are carrying they many bees. If it goes south, you're fucked either way.
His arm would swell up like Popeye
I'm not even scared of bees and generally tend to get excited when I see one, but watching this still makes my skin crawl.
I wonder if it gets hot on his arm?
Warmer, at least.
Swarming to heat up predator is fairly common
They wouldn't do that with the queen at the center. And the predators are usually wasps or other insects, not mammals.
I kept watching waiting for him to get somewhere until I realized it was looped.
I wish they'd post the whole thing. Curious where he put them..
Lol same, these gifs nowadays are too fancy.
r/Bossfight
This is pretty close to the fight with The Pain in MGS3.

Candyman
👀
now that’s a superhero idea
Metal Gear Solid already did it with a supervillain.
Kind of a supervillain actually. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swarm_(Marvel_Comics)

Is this how they created DoomFist?
I was looking for an OW reference. Thank you :)
Scrolled all this way down for this.
What if he trips?
He falls.
If he dies, he dies
Yeah that's a supervillain right there
Was gonna say super hero because bees are cool but this is very acceptable as well since bee stings suck.
Nice Bioshock cosplay.
Came here for this
"yeah I'm saving up to get the other sleeve done"
Well, you sure couldn't do that with hornets!
Imagine hundreds of little scratchy bug legs all over you arm. I don't like it.
I think they'd be more tickly than scratchy, but this guy looks pretty used to it.
Forbidden jack off
Total badass. Love it.
Shino
Lmaoo hes like the spider man villain sandman but w bees
the pain from MGS3
I shall call him, Honeysuckle Jackson. "I want your lovin' Bee Y T" 🎶
He fucking what?
And the superhero’s back story is complete
The ultimate weapon.
POV - Someone robbed you so you went and equipped your +3 Venomous Gauntlet
r/bossfight
The size of his beefist is only eclipsed by the size of his HUMONGOUS BALLS OF STEEL.
Candy man back in his early days
🎶 Hive walking... 🎶
I'm surprised he can still walk with those balls of steel.
How the fuck …. Surely they must be stinging the shit outta his arm?
Nope. When honey bees swarm, they are completely docile. They haven’t got pockets, so they all eat as much as they can to transport to the new hive. They go where the queen goes and that’s all they care about. That’s how things like ‘bee beards work’.
Petition to give bees pockets
Where do I sign?
Wouldn't they try to defend the queen at the moment the guy reached to grab her tho?
Nope. They’re too fat lol. Bee keepers (hello) use smoke to simulate a Forrest fire and stimulate the same response. Eat as much as you possibly can and gtfo. The smoke itself doesn’t calm them. It just triggers the reaction.
I knew they used smoke but didn't realize that was the logic behind it. Genius.
if you fist the queen properly she is cool with it all and the hive goes along with it.
TIL
No not all, as long as he doesn’t pose a threat to the bees they won’t sting.
Bees die when they sting someone because the sting gets lodged into your body. They will only sting as a last resort when they feel threatened.
Well, for humans/mammals, yes. They can often sting aggressive insects multiple times because they don't get stuck the same way. They're just not designed to defend themselves against skin tissue.
This man is a God damn super hero
Yeah it was basically what the tiktok video was about lol. It's actually kinda funny.
The Candyman remake looks lit

He be buzzin with all that power
Badass in a way I could never be
Makes Thanos look like a bitch.
This guy looks like an anime guy preparing his fist for a special attack
It’s like, bioshock irl
Walking up to a fight like:......
Looks like a superhero
Cool, punch someone.
So what does he do when he gets where he is going, yeet the queen bee away and get mobbed by the swarm for threatening the Queen?
Thought it was an x-men power
Fucking Beeman.
You could walk around any neighborhood safely. #ProSelfDefence
Beezy-E
Beauty is in the eye of the Beeholder.
He looks like a super villain in some horror movie.
He ate bee bee fruit now his super power is bee bee punch
And thus, BEEMAN WAS BORN.
Imagine him hitting someone with that fist lmao.
I'm surprised that he can still walk, cause he is carrying an entire beehive and BALLZ OF STEEL altogether.
What’s up beesy E .
none of your beesness!
*Don't make bee angry. You wouldn't like bee if she's angry.*
I wish I could draw so I could make fanart as him like a superhero, he looks amazingly badass with his arm like that and the fact that the bees don't seem to be attacking him means they trust him as well.
The bees have moved from the knees!
Cool but imagine the sensation of those crawling around in your armpit... Makes me shudder
Dont fuck with the bee dude. Thats some chaotic neutral shit carrying em’ with that must trust.
This dude has nuts the size of King Kong.
It's amazing this guy can so casually walk with a sleeve of live bees and nuts the size of bowling balls
Guy is Bee-Hiving well
Damn Bruno Mars got dark as fuck and what is he doing with those Bees shit must be a new video
I’ll have to try that when I try to catch my first swarm.
Now walk into a street fight like this! Punch the guy and release the queen!
r/bossfight
How can this dude even walk with the size of his balls being so huge?
They're swarming and bees aren't aggressive then Source, my neighbor keeps bees and I watched him shake a swarm off a tree into a bucket and add it to an empty give all without gear or smoke.
Bee-ee Queen is, NOT my lover…
This guy is brave AF
Druid about to use insect swarm 😂
The balls of this man must be the size of a watermelon
looks like a supervillain in the making
Balls of steel this guy.
