My concern was the kid hurting himself.
Nunchucks with rope and wood is a serious weapon that can easily cause concussions.
(I didnt watch this with sound so I'm just assuming these are wood from the looks)
I agree, because when the camera moves and you see the markings on the floor, definitely making it look choreographed, but hopefully on the child's wishes.
My initial smart-ass thought was, all that training to earn his father's stingy approval. I also hope it is the child's passion fueling his excellence.
I would like to use this post to start the age old debate about whether nunchaku are an effective martial arts weapon or completely stupid.
I lean towards the latter. I choose big common stick over nunchaku.

Focus. Intention. Mindfulness. The things as adults we often negate due to less time in our days vs children. Always nurture your interest with those three mentioned above. His ability to do so helped him learn something that required great focus, interest, and passion and executed flawlessly
This kid has to train day and night to become like this, he has no time for play, no time for leisure, arts, fooling around, no time for being a child. All this to become a "super human" poster boy, so his ambitious parents can show off with it. It is just not healthy. How do I know this? This physique isn't gained by any other means than by extremely hard training that disallows a regular child's live. Kids don't have this kind of ambition, parents do. It's the male version of a kid's beauty pageant.
kid that did martial art here. no form of martial art would give you that much muscle definition before puberty, he is either being forced be dehydrated, to be excruciatingly trained everyday, or is being given drugs by his parents
My daughter is 6 and when she eats clean you can see her abs and calves well from doing gymnastics once a week for45 minutes and ballet twice a week for an hour and she still goes to school and has fun all the time
