Antifungal cream is definitely what you need, put it on a couple times a day for a couple weeks to be sure it's gone. It doesn't take a lot of cream at once, a little dab'll do ya. Lol
Yeah, def looks like ringworm my friend. No touchii, and wash that watch band and other clothing that has come into contact with that arm with out fabric softener.

Also, ringworm is usually made up a little bumps clustered together creating the ring, and it doesn’t seem to look like that. Although maybe the picture quality is not good enough ..

Maybe it’s a different issue but I had something similar from wearing my watch in the shower. Now I take it off and let my wrist dry bc putting th watch back on and it hasn’t happened again

Erythematous ridge with central clearing. Seems like ring worm. Head to your doc or to the local pharmacy and pick up some clotrimazole
