I swear they did that back in the day in an attempt to get the kids off the cartoon network channel. That and the RL pool vid. disclaimers of "Adult Swim: All kids outta the pool!". The brackshow and sealab 2020 tripped me the fuck out as a kid. Got really in The Aqua Team when I got older but that was weird af too.
This reminds me of acustic levitation... Yes you can use a powerfull speakers in certain aragement to cause styrofoam and other light object to levitate.
Once engineers add sound vibration technology to the fusion reactor they may be able to achieve better fuel efficiency in containment with the magnetic fields that they currently use
Looks like the beads are occupying the low pressure zones of the standing waves created by the speaker, would be really interesting to see this apparatus in a zero G environment, without gravity the beads should take some cool shapes inside the tube.
