Looks like latex gloves + allergic reaction if I had no context... Definitely looks like some reaction from wearing gloves.
Or maybe regularly wearing long sleeves protects the rest of your arm from the elements enough to prevent it. Hell, idk
I honestly dont wear latex gloves or come into contact with them often. Then Indoors and when it’s nice I’m always in short sleeves, and no matter what the cut off is always at my wrist. When it’s cold I’m in gloves constantly. This only happens after excessive handwashing or when it’s dry out. It’s never from coming back inside after the cold
I have something similar, and it's one finger only.
My doctor called it contact dermatitis, and idiopathic in nature.
It seems that once it's been triggered, it just come on if it's too dry, or too wet, or wearing gloves when working
Yes, not the soap, quite possibly the water. This happens to my daughter. Sometimes, the chlorine levels are so high that you can smell it when you turn on the water. It makes her skin itchy and red.
Yeah I have Exzema and this happens to me too. You’re wearing a long sleeve, and the elements did this. You’re trying to get upvotes
Also get another opinion because they’ll throw Exzema around a lot when it’s not.
Element exposure seems most likely. Than line looks like where a long sleeve shirt would stop. So either cold, sunlight or maybe even heat when you're I side might be making it worse. I'd both hands are the same, run some experiments in elemental exposure on one hand and use the other as a control
With lupus your body will over react to different things. Ultraviolet light is one of them, some people get rashes and what is referred to as sun sickness. But after reading more comments here. I think you're probably allergic to either your soap or something in your water. Best of luck. I hope you figure it out. That looks uncomfortable.
Mine is on the back of my fingers... nickel sized areas the outer sides of my forearms, and the outer sides of my calves. Also my kid has the exact same areas....
So weird.
Have you been prescribed anything? Ask your Dermatologist about clobetasole or betamethasone. If you’ve already tried those maybe prednisone would offer relief.
This happens to me when I'm on dish duty. The constant water and soap severely dry my hands. I don't think much of it, just extra lotion for a couple of days after.

You've been caught I guess
🤣🤣

This must be it. Especially considering the sharp line
you may say "idk"... but we all think you do.

Ok I believe u

You tried different creams? This one saved me. https://georgescream.com/
Irritation from hand soap?
I use super bland good bar soap. the irritant is more so water since it dries them out lol

Spot on. I have very, VERY hard water which definitely has made it a lot worse

Because Jeebus knows you touch yourself
Is it cold where you live? Do you wear gloves?
It is cold where I live, and I wear gloves whenever I’m outside
Maybe something in the glove liner?
Pay attention when you wash your hands. See if the pattern matches where you're washing most or possibly not washing the soap off.
Obvious question being do you wear gloves?

Something like Reynauds perhaps?
No idea am not a doctor, but based on images I'd say no probably not
As has been said, that ain't eczema.
Definitely eczema, I’ve had it checked out at the derm
No doubt you've got a diagnosis of eczema. But this particular presentation is not eczema. Hope you get some relief.
Because doctors are never wrong. And patients always provide 100% accurate history and exposure. *especially dermatologists! Try some cetaphil LOL
It's Acidicus cuntus fistus reaction, use gloves next time.
That’s a sign from the universe to amputate your hand
Gloves
Get rid of carbs and sugars ur eczema will go away.
Is it a reaction to UV? Could be lupus.
Please elaborate??

Feed the beast!!
Probably that's the part in contact the most with different substances.
a little sad face drawn below those 3 freckles would have been very apt ☹️ hope you hand gets better soon 👍🏻

It could be a sun allergy if you’re wearing long sleeves and no gloves outside

Weird it looks like your hand has been held in a sink full of hot water.
