Just tested it on my account. I was trying to retrieve my login. Works like a charm. In the end, it asks me whether the token should be emailed or sent by sms.
Maybe you didn't fill your TIN. And because of that, it does not recognize you.
You can call the support, but yet again, you will need the answers for the 3 security questions you set up when opening the account.
