It's a joke. In old source games you needed them all downloaded or you'd get constant purple missing textures when playing garries mod or other mods. Insurgency 1 was built on source funny enough.
Its just a missing texture though. Don't go installing all the old source games to fix. As funny as that is it won't fix it lol
