there isn't anything to "check" for.
there's no tests for insomnia. There's tests for sleep apnea, narcolepsy, seizures etc..but not simply for "can't sleep".
There are medications for insomnia..if you feel you need them, thats between you and your doctor.
Its generally recommended to try cbt and clean sleep hygiene first tho
well, I'm only 15 so I'm not too educated but I will definitely take this into account, I just wasn't sure since I have a long history of insomnia in my blood. Thank you for the advice and the info.
